Zoho creator, Deluge script very buggy
Hello, I'm relatively new to ZoHo creator. I was looking for a RAD tool in which some coding was possible. We also need the possibilty to make external calls. With the 'postUrl' function, all this seems possible. After two weeks now, I find myself continiously struggling with the internal mess of Zoho or Deluge: - scripts crash, without having the possibilty to catch the errors; - loops in scripts suddenly crash at random points with non-informative error messages. Run out of list fields and need to add more to a form.
I'm working on an existing zoho creator application for client and they have 84 list type fields. Now the information I have found on the help system is that there are know problems with having more than 30 list type fields on a form. Now I notice that you can add html code to a note field, so would it be possible to create a drop down list and radio buttons list using html in that field and once a value is selected copy that selected value top a zoho form field to be saved when the form is submitted
Convert Rich Text to Multi Line
Is anyone aware of a way to convert a rich text string to plain text such that it doesn't contain all the formatting html markup? Here is the situation: Users enter notes into a note field. Upon saving the form, any new notes are copies from the notes field (rich text) to a multi line field (for use in a downstream system). The problem is that when the notes are copied to the multi line field, the multi line field now contains all sort of rich text html markup for the formatting. Example: <p style="background-color:
Zoho CRM contacts Problem
Anyone having trouble reading CRM contacts in Zoho Mail. In my case, my CRM contacts don't appear in the iphone mail app. When I'm in the contacts tab in desktop Mail app I can only see personal contacts, not CRM contacts.

Milestone Gantt doesn't really show milestones well
in the Milestone Gantt, I JUST want to see milestones, in a visual way, across all projects. I want to be able to glance at the year ahead, by project, and know how busy im going to be in each month. I don't want to see tasks, I just want to see a milestone with start and end date, color coded, with milestone names. I dont understand why a Milestone Gantt shows tasks and is so hard to see across many projects. Please see the attached screenshot. Is this really that hard to implement? A Birdseye
Display Funnel Dashboard
Hi, On our homepage, we have a funnel dashboard to display the deals that are currently in our pipeline. I have set it up so the data is grouped (report-> report presentation -> grouping) on the deal stage, which are named {1. New Deal, ...., 5. Final}, along with stages for after payment. However, the funnel visualization chooses to display as 3,1,4,5 (we don't often have deals that stick in stage 2). Refreshing it a couple of times now and then swaps it to 5,3,1,4. Mail Content is not active to type the main massage
Mail Content -the rich format is not loading at all or is in active. It is disabled and I am unable to type a main matter. The cursor is active up to subject input box after that it goes nowhere. No way to type the matter. Also, send button is not active.

I changed my name on Profile Settings, but when I send email it still shows old name. Why?
I changed my original name - which shows when I send an email, to a different name. It shows the new name on the profile page but when I send an email it persists in showing the original (unwanted) name. Why is this happening? I don't want to send emails with that name showing for personal reasons. Help? (also I don't understand where to post a question when I need help with a technical issue.)

I am not getting the premium access my company paid for.
My company has paid for me to have access to zoho one apps, however, on zoho social I am still placed on the free subscription and cannot access certain features. I can also not be brought on to more than one project at this time. Can you help figure out what is going on?

Zoho CRM on Android App
Hey, I have an issue with data not synching between the Android app of Zoho CRM and Zoho CRM web-based on our pc. Help? Half of one of our agent's calls today were only logged on her phone and not synched. The other half synched successfully. There is an error message that "Something went wrong" in each contact with an unsynched call which we find in "Unsynced records list".

Open / Click Sales Team Follow up
How can I send a follow up task request via ZOHO CRM based on opens/clicks of a campaign. For instance, I sent a campaign, I got 10 clicks, I would like to send a task to the contact owners of those 10 contacts to follow up with these people since they expressed interest. Better yet if theres a way for the system to generate a task automatically thatd be optimal.
Zapier - Retrieve Entire Contact Form
I've been trying to work with Zapier lately to connect with some external services in ZOHO. However, in Zapier, when you use the "Find Contact" action to retrieve an associated contact, it doesn't provide the entirety of the data, just the basics (i.e. email, phone, name). Is there any way to enable this capability to retrieve all contact data, or a workaround?

Hello All, Firstly sorry to ask such a basic question, just starting out. I am beginner with creator and have been trying to check out how the sample inventory application code has been set up. I have downloaded the .ds file from application IDE. Is there a specific IDE that is suggested to view/edit/work with the code? Hi, I'm doing migration to the new API v2. I have a question concerning new OAuth flow. Do you plan to offer some kind of migration mechanism to move existing authtokens to the new OAuth flow authorization? I understand that this could be a problematic as with new flow user accepts the access permissions scope and such migration could require an assumption for permission level to be equal with the old authtoken scope. When I choose Add Project" in the CRM I get this message The client user(s) [XXXXXX] were not added because users with these email addresses have already been added to another client in Projects. Users with the same email addresses cannot be associated with different clients. If you would still like to add them to your project, re-invite them using an alternate email address. Hi, Zoho! I ran my first campaign a couple of weeks ago -- it was my monthly newsletter, and I published on 6/29 (I normally publish the last workday of the month). Everything went great with the launch, so thanks on that account! I was excited to view the reporting info, and everything made sense to me.
