I ran my first campaign a couple of weeks ago -- it was my monthly newsletter, and I published on 6/29 (I normally publish the last workday of the month).
Everything went great with the launch, so thanks on that account! I was excited to view the reporting info, and everything made sense to me. Since I sent the campaign on the Friday before a US holiday week, I wasn't really expecting to see a ton of action that first week. Unfortunately, though, I can't seem to refresh the reporting data past 7/6 (one week post publishing).
Is this standard? Can the timeframe be adjusted to be 2 weeks, which I think is more reasonable, especially when there are holidays?
