Can you avoid showing the Priority on the customer portal?
I don't want customers to select the priority. I would like to set our own internal priority based on the request. I've created an internal priority field, which seems to work. However, when I see the requests listed I see the external priority field on the list, which the customer can select from the customer portal. I would ideally like to avoid having the customer set the priority? Can I do that? I can't seem to elect that the priority field NOT appear visible to the customer on the portal.
ZOHO Concierge
When I signed up for ZOHO-One, I filled in all kinds of information for the ZOHO-Concierge. I understood that I would be contacted by the concierge and that s/he would help me set-up ZOHO-One for my businesses. Meanwhile 5 months further, I haven't heard anything from the concierge. Did I understand it wrong, or am I supposed to do anything more?
Associate field from one module to another
Hello! I would like to know how to do the following: In my Potentials module, I have a 'Shipping Address' multi-line field. Let's say I have an account Smith Family. And that I will also have various companies that work for them entered as accounts: - Pool Cleaner - Landscaper Etc. What is the best way to relate those accounts to Smith Family, preferably with a field that explains the relationship. Some CRM programs allow you to create non-exclusive groups and add accounts to them. For example: - Group 1 (could be accounts you consider VIP, whatever) - Group 2 (accounts you send holiday cards to) So in this example some accounts might belong to neither, some to one, and some to both. Hello, Like a few other people, I'm not a fan of the new mail interface. I thought it might help to share a few concerns. And perhaps others can chime in with some ideas, too. My main issues are: 1. The far left menu (mail, calendar, tasks) takes up a lot of space. This space could be used to make the folders section much wider. The folders section is too small and narrow. 2. The drop down menu with email addresses at the bottom is HORRIBLE. For people with multiple accounts it's hard to scroll down

Vertical Scroll Bars Are Not Displayed ALL The Time on Remote MacOs High Sierra Systems
I have noticed that I remote into my MacOs High Sierra system, that certain windows do not display the vertical scroll bars. In order to navigate within these windows, I have to use the arrow keys to move beyond what is displayed in the active window. I have attached a screen-shot of one such window.
