Hi, I'm planning my move from Google Drive and looking for a template section for Zoho Show. I found this one for Writer but could do with the same for Show. https://docs.zoho.com/writer/templates Right now I use Google Slides for creating proposals and download then as a PDF. Formula Column with fixed string
I am trying to add a formula column to a table with a fixed string value. So even if I add more rows to the table, the new rows will have the same value in that column. In excel that would just be ='string' But I have not been able to figure out how to do this in the Zoho Reports Formula. Any ideas?

I'm trying to set multiple approvals for rejection/approval PTO requests base on date requested. I have tried multiple ways and can't seem to make it work. Downloading attachments from Gmail onto Zoho CRM
Is there a way to download attachments from our Gmail onto Zoho CRM (onto the documents module)? Are there any apps or anything that can facilitate this? We're a contract cleaning company and prospective cleaners will send documents to us (Passport / proof of address etc) in order to register with the company. They'll send their documents via email - the cleaners have profiles in a customer module called 'Cleaners' - we add their documents as attachments. At the moment we have to download the documents
Why does Zoho need my bank account to setup Paypal payments?
I want to accept payments through Paypal. Why does Zoho need me to connect a bank account as well? Is it to record when the payment has come in? But the payment takes 3-5 business days to come in after withdrawing from paypal.

Credits can be easily overlooked when making vendor payments as there is no mention of any on the record payments page - this is the ideal time to apply them ! A default payment mode & paid through for vendors would also be a bonus as the default ones

I've a quality control form but depending on what product is selected the parameters to be entered change. e.g. If it's a screw it may be "Weight" and "Shiny Yes / No" but if its a bolt it may be "length" and "Number of imperfections". Is there a way to construct a file the user can download?
I have a fairly simple app I'd like to use with Zoho Creator if possible. Imagine you are putting names on the back of uniforms for a sports team. The names will all be in vinyl which is cut from a machine that can derive cut lines from a pretty simple SVG file. Creating a form to capture the list of names is easy and I know what the SVG syntax is to produce the file.
