Need to have tasks sync with office 365 calendar just like events. This is one of the biggest request we get from users. Tasks are nice because they have a completed or not started status that stays open unless manually touched (where as events automatically close once the time has passed). recognize you will need to add an optional time field to the task instead of just date.
Plan Changes: Features Grandfathered In?
I noticed there have been a lot of changes to the plans with a lot of features moving from the free plan to the paid plans (e.g. blog post scheduling, unlimited pages, ad-free, and unlimited bandwidth). I still seem to have most of these features even though I'm on the free plan. Does this mean that I'll be able to keep these features since I signed up when they were free?
Creating a new module
Is there a way to create a new module that will populate with information from the leads module once a certain tag is applied and the convert button is clicked without populating the contacts and accounts module? This module will also need to have other information entered manually. See attached. Thanks

How to set up automatic contacts synchronization throughout the entire ZOHO-One platform?
I assume there is a way to set up ZOHO-One in order for it to automatically synchronize contacts throughout the entire platform (among which Mail, Connect, CRM, Desk, Books, Contact Manager, Projects, etc.) but I am unable to find it. Can someone please direct me to instructions on how to do this? The same question I have about documents, and notes, and ... well, everything! Shouldn't everything synchronize in an integrated platform? Now I receive a file attachment in an email which I need in ZOHO-Connect.
Virus detected just in pdf files?
Hello, since this morning, Zoho blocks all pdf files attached to our mail accounts (3 accounts blocked), it does not block other types of files and we are allowed to send pdfs, it's just to download them, is it a bug?

Hi, I'm pretty good at going into settings and adding new job titles but it is very time consuming. When I get a new candidate that has a different title to those that are in my "job title" drop down menu in the candidate page it would be brilliant if I could just type the new title and then select "add Job title" and it saved it for future search/selection. Currently I have to save the profile, go to settings, add a field and then go back to the candidate and choose the new title I added. I hope

Cannot Access Superadministrator account [removed google oauth credentials]
Created a zoho mail account for a friend but accidentally used my google oauth to create the account and log in. I didn't want my name or google account attached, so once I logged in I made my friend the superadministrator with the email address that I just created for him on zoho and removed my own google credentials from the profile. The problem is Zoho never asked me to create a new password for my friend so essentially he has a superadministrator account that no one can log into since I removed

Improve Image Note Layout
My suggestion is more based on personal preference. When I create a text notecard and include an image, in the list of my notes, the image is small and at the bottom of the note previw. Wouldn't it make more sense to place the image on the top, and below that, text snippets? It's all scrunched up at the bottom, and I can barely tell sometimes what I'm looking at. Trouble showing siganture fields in Record Summary PDF
Hi, I just found an error in a record summary export to PDF of a form I have been using for several months. The record summary includes different fields in different formats, and at the end it shows two sigantures from the same type of fields in the form. I have a sendmail function with the record summary as PDF in the attachment, and the image file show a broken file icon. I tried modifying the record summary by inserting the signature field directly or with an image link and does the same thing.
Zoho Notebook on Web won't search bookmark text
I use the Chrome Web Clipper to save some YouTube videos in a Notebook. Let's say the title of the video is "Mike Shows How He Organizes Content." I click the item in my notebook and it opens YouTube. Perfect. But when I search "Mike" on web, it says "No search results found." Why won't it index bookmark/link clip names? Does it just take time to index? On Android, I don't see that an issue, if I remember correctly.

I have implemented 2 layouts for my Transaction folder : Seller's Timeline and Buyer's Timeline (I am a real estate agent). The problem is that I see both layouts in the timeline view even though I select only one layout at a time (either the Seller's Timeline or the Buyer's Timeline. ; first the Seller Timeline (every stage is showing) and then the Buyer Timeline (again all stages are showing) as I scroll to the right.
