CRM email list
I use to be able to take people off of the CRM email list when I moved them to the list I want them on. Now it tells me "You cannot edit others mailing list(s)1 due to insufficient privilege." I have admin privileges. Is there a way to fix this?

Circumventing the architectural structure of 'Projects'
Is there a way to circumvent the architectural and structural mold of ZOHO-Projects? With certain (small) projects the obligatory 'mile-stones' and 'tasklists' are sometimes cumbersome and unnecessary and it becomes a heavy task and a hassle just to set up the project. I find that the mile-stones and tasklists can even actually clutter up the transparency and oversight of a (small) project. According to the GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology a project is something that requires more than one action

Why do I keep getting spam from blacklisted domains?
I have blacklisted many domains at the organisation level. Yet users continue to receive spam from these domains. An example would be "pensionlawyers.com" which is a repeated spammer. This is in the blacklist of domains at the domain level in organisation settings. All user level whitelists have been removed (so there is no conflict) and yet this still occurs! Incoming email not working
Hi, I have sent multiple emails to support@zoho.com and also to the contact us page for help, but no answer. My email coaching@lasetabelle.com is not allowing any incoming emails in. I was receiving a large volume of emails from someone, which was an issue on their end and my incoming mail was blocked and has been for a few days. I really need to get emails to my coaching@lasetabelle.com account again as my clients use it regularly. If anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Unable to find where to edit email template content

Auto Invite "From Address" not updated
Hi, I have signed up my Zoho Desk account using paypal@terracottachinese.com. However, after that I changed to other primary address: hz@terracotta-mandarin.guru. All the rest of the email sender address has been updated. However, the auto invite "From Address" is still using my previous email address (as show below). How do I change this address? Thanks.

Enable IMAP not working!
It seems like this is a common problem and I urgently need to setup my email client. Please Zoho team fix this issue or provide a clear message if it takes time to change. I enable IMAP and then after reloading it says it is still disabled.
Site Builder Slow

Hi, I find the BCC Dropbox very useful for recording communications with customers. However, sometimes we send brochures or similar commercial material that is exactly the same for hundred's of emails. I would like to keep the record of the email sent, however storing the attachment 100's of times eats up a lot of space in our storage. I would really like the possibility to choose if I want to store attachments of emails or not in the BCC Dropbox option

Populating field based on data from different module

This module contains a code field which is relevant to the specific product and version of the product. We also have an order module where agents can select the product and select the version and raise customer orders. Unusual small amount of bounced emails in a campaign
We have a recent campaign out, with a target of quite a number of email addresses. We have 0 bounced so far, and wonder how long it usually takes before Zoho Campaigns report a "bounce". It seems unusual that we have 0 bounced. We have had another campaign previously, and had only 1 bounce. We know however on some of the emails that the person has left the company we are trying to send the email to, so it sounds strange that the bounce list is so small. Any advice/comments you can share with us?

Hi, Is there anyway of updating a record to show when an attachment has been added? At the moment we have a module to manage documents for potentials and I would like to be able to automatically update the record when an attachment has been added.
