Implementation Process Task List
We have an implementation process for each new customer that is the same. How can I create a task list with different tasks for each team member that can be checked off as they are completed (no specific dates). And have that list automatically initiate each time we close a deal as won?
I can't receive email from lastpass.com
I use lastpass.com to share passwords with a family member. When we try to do that, we never get the email. It worked last in April but not since. Are multiple tables possible in Zoho CRM inventory template?
I am trying to get the multiple products to show up both on the descriptions and the summary table on the final page of a quote inventory template. The problem is that Zoho CRM has a special code to tell the template to display the repeating products. That special code only seems to work in one structure/table per quote and it's the first time you use it. So if I make the repeating structure the descriptions, the final table won't have the multiple products. Any suggestions???
German Translations
Hello, the german translations are sometimes a little bit awkward. While loading a page you see the word "Ladet". This is an very old fashioned form of "he/she/it invites". Correct is "Lädt" (he/she/it loads) or better "Wird geladen" (loading). While demonstrating your boss the advantages of zoho, "Ladet" is really a showstopper. "(Spread)sheet" is translated in some places as "Blatt". "Blatt" is an arbitrary piece of paper, a newspaper, a set of cards or a botanic leaf. Better is "Tabelle". Greetings

SalesInbox and Meeting Requests
Meeting requests are coming into my Salesinbox with incorrect time of day. Same meeting request retrieved in Outlook has correct time. My user/timezone settings in Zoho are correct. The times appear to be that of the sender in a different time zone than I am in. It is showing me THEIR local time, instead of mine.
Multi pick list field is not showing pick-list values in ZOHO CRM mobile app
Hi Team, Hope you are doing well. We are using the ZOHO crm app to update the system. However, after we have installed the recent update for the ZOHO CRM Mobile app on our handsets, Multi pick list fields are not reflecting the pick list values. This is creating a big issue for us, since we cannot add or update a record in the zoho crm using mobile app. Could you please let me know, how can we resolve this issue. Could but CAN NO LONGER delete LEADS
I kept getting an annoying pop up message each time I deleted 100 Leads and since I had several thousand to purge I checked some box that said something like DO NOT ALLOW to create more ????? I can not delete even one record now. How do I fix this mess?

I have updated to Win 10 and have outlook 2007. Each time I try to install CRM outlook plugin nothing happens. I am thinking that it is installing in Windows Old not new. Whitelist not working (SPF Fail)

Hi, I am working on list views of Leads module. Here I got a view showing Leads that have been converted to Accounts, Contacts, And/OR potentials. Now I want to create a view in Leads module to get all the converted Leads that are also converted into Potentials. Problem with Projects Dependency View
I am trying to set up dependencies between a number of tasks in a new project. When I enter a row number in the Predecessor field and move to another row the value I entered just disappears. I have tried a number of times, including logging out and back in and rebooting my laptop. I am using a Chrome browser on Windows 10.

I am currently on a trial for Zoho One. I have integrated Square and sales data is syncing seamlessly. The challenge is that specific customer data is not integrating.
