Website Contact Form message field
The CRM webforms only seem to be useful for creating or updating leads/contacts. I do not see anywhere how to set up a simple contact form and integrate it with Zoho CRM. It was suggested to use the description field or create a multi-line field for the comment field of the form in the Lead/Contact section but that makes absolutely no sense. What happens when the next time someone contacts us via the website? That field will be replaced and the previous comment lost. In the form I'd like a Name,
Zoho Cliq Contact List Directory Management
I have a question. In Zoho Cliq. In the Desktop app on the left hand side. Is there a way to make a directory for contacts? Like Contacts per department in my org? So contacts show up under a department. I know that creating a channel allows entire team discussions and anyone the mods want to add can join that channel. Unable to Edit User Profile Information as Admin

Using Stateless & Normal forms together
hello I'm trying to build a multi-page form where the first page asks the user for basic textual information. Page 2 has conditional dropdowns to pick products and their respective prices. Page 3 has a file upload field where the user can add in files. All these 3 forms add / update the same record. To get the multi-page form to work, stateless forms seem necessary. However stateless forms don't support file upload. Any alternative ways to accomplish building this 3 -page form in Zoho creator? Thanks

Different Icon for Mobile Widget
Is there a way to have a different icon for mobile browsers than that of the selected one for main? I really love SalesIQ so far but the widget I selected for web browsers is too large for mobile browsers. Also, can we get the button widget text bubble resizable? Currently there is quite of bit of empty space. This would also be nice to have the button without the bubble for mobile browser.

How to pull Client Email address into a Task?
Activities are the least customisable of all the Modules within CRM. Why? I need to pull the Contact Email field contents from a Contact Record into a Task when I create it. I want to use Actions or Workflows to send an email template to the Contact associated with a Task when I mark it, change its Status to, "Complete" As in Dear Client, We have shipped your widget, etc., etc., etc. Any ideas how this might be done, I am prepared to create a Custom Module that looks and acts like a Task in order
Import Payments from csv file without Payment Number
Hi, I am trying to import my bank transactions directly from my bank to then match them to my invoices. However - My bank does not use payment numbers and invoice seems to need that field as it is mandatory. Is there a way to delete the field or make it not mandatory anymore? The rest of the fields seem to work just fine and I will have to match the bookings manually anyways because this is a real estate management business and the renters only give their name and address, not an invoice number.
ZOHO mail service security and anti-spam policy not perfect - SMTPs blocked again
Hi, This is second time I am communicating my issue through the forum as it appears the support mail is not very useful for prompt communication. SMTP services for two mails in our corporate mail list had been blocked infinitely with no option for mail admin to unblock the SMTP services. When I tried to discover the reason, it appeared that one address had been blocked for sending 8 mails with same subject within 12 minutes, and the other for 2 or 3 mails with the same subject. Hello, We are going to integrate with Zoho.Subscriptions via API and Webhooks. To avoid "events loop", we have to ignore webhook events which was produced by API. Right now we can do it, by property 'event_source', i.e. ignore if event_source=api . But what if we need integrate two applications into our Zoho.Subscriptions account, and these both integrations will work with webhooks? Password Issues on mail online
I have contacted support several times over this issue and it is so frustrating that I haven't got a clear answer as of yet. In the past I have tried to log into my Zoho Mail account online. I use the same password that logs into my zoho mobile app and Apple Mail. However, it says my password is wrong and needs resetting. Unable to Verify Account (urgent)
I am trying to verify a domain that I registered but I am unable to verify. I tried starting again and I now get an error stating that the domain cannot be used or is already registered with Zoho. I also tried using the phone number as the username and the password I set and I get "Invalid username or password". Embedded sheet not displaying in Firefox Quantum
After the last update of Firefox (57.0), embedded sheets do not get displayed; Firefox starts using too much CPU and fills all system memory (8GB).
