Bounce Back Message
Hello everyone, I configured my gmail to receive and send messages from my Zoho email addresses. I can send messages perfectly, but whenever someone tries to email me, they get a Delivery Status Notification saying it could not be delivered. I am receiving the emails though, both in Zoho and in Gmail. How can I fix this? Thanks!
Issues with Performance Management Module. Need Help
Hello, We’re using the trial version of Zoho People. We are in the final stages of onboarding. But before we opt for one of the plans, we wanted to ensure that zoho is compatible with all our existing policies. We’re using the BARS model for Performance Management. I was trying to build our Performance Appraisal form on Zoho. Everytime I submit the following KRAs, I get a server error. Could you please help me out of this problem? Attendance webhook
I'm trying to trigger a webhook for a check-in/check-out event so that POST data gets sent to another app whenever a user checks in or checks out. I have created the webhook based on the Attendance form. The url is: http://www.posttestserver.com?json=<JSON>&dir=zoho This server captures the content of all post data for testing. Nothing is captured. Also, the "Failed' and "Successful" list is empty. Any ideas?
Attachments like in CRM
I like the Attachments feature in Zoho CRM on the left side of the screen in Related Lists. I use it to add URLs/links to Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Cases, etc. I find it very very useful. In Projects I don't find a similar feature. I see where I can attach docs, but am forced to add it to a folder for docs, spreadsheets, pdfs, etc. I don't understand why it is designed this way. It seems clunky and arbitrary. It also seems inconsistent with the other apps. Can anyone enlighten me??
Payment Date not visible for Pur. Invoices
Prviously the payments made used to reflect under the invoice (footer area). But you changed it to a second tab now. I only see the Date when payment is recorded, not the actual date of payment made. Please fix this and show Date of Payment made in the row too.
Domain Mapping Issue

As prerequisites says needs to have subdomain , that i created on my server using cpanel. After that it suggested that i need to create a CNAME and point it to the said host.I did that as well. Leave requests with balance <= 0 days
When I try to apply for leave with 0-day balance in a particular type, I get an message telling me "Sorry, you do not have sufficient balance in the applied leave period." Is it possible to allow employees to request leave even though their balance in a particular category is 0. Our company policy allows employees to have a negative balance up to 5 days for Paid Time Off with manager approval. Email MIgration
I have an existing domain that has only one email account. I am trying to migrate that one email account to Zoho. I set up the domain on Zoho, created a new username to be the Admin, created new MX records to point to Zoho servers and created the required TXT records. I am receiving email under the new Admin email address at Zoho mail. But I am having trouble figuring out how to migrate the existing email account for that domain. I think that I have to set up the User first before I can add the User

Change Column Width in PDF Invoices?
Is there a way to change the column width in PDF invoices created by Zoho? I couldn't find any way to change the physical layout, aside from the content contained in each column (i.e. text). By default, the "Amount" column is wayyyy too wide, making my Description section too small as a consequence. "Verification Failed" Error in Mail as well as Airmail (Mac)
I just setup my email on my own domain in ZOHO Mail. I am using Airmail on Mac. However, Airmail is unable to authenticate my email account. I tried POP as well IMAP Then I tried configuring mail on Mac's Mail. But there too I get error, Verification Failed. I am a seasoned user. So checked all Password, Server Settings, Ports etc. They are all as they should be Please help!!!

Cannot send or receive email from another server
Hi Zoho, We are using your email service with domain nldvietnam.org We cannot send or receive email from some domain such as: "hided".gov.vn and "hided".vn etc. I have checked the blacklist the above domain and I found that we may have communication issue with the Blacklist Listed reason UCEPROTECTL3 I have succeed to config DKIM and SFP, I suppose that SFP have block the blacklist, so is it ok to receive the email from blacklist if I remove SFP? Is there a way to allow a specific users to only send a campaign to one/some mailing list(s) or segment(s)? URL field - Link Name
I have multiple records with an entry for field type URL for which the Link Name needs to be updated. I switched to Show as Spreadsheet, so that I can quickly change each entry without having to edit each one individually. Using google chrome. Right click on field, option comes up to replace the value, enter text to replace the existing string ... but it fails to update: Just do double check I go back to Show as List, and the link name remains as it was before: How can I update multiple Link Names

Hello Zoho, I just discovered that I am not receiving any emails, but able to send emails. Here are things to note: I use to able to receive emails for a very long time with zoho. I have not changed any of the settings, that would cause this problem. Everything is setup correctly. The image below all had green ticks for a very long time when I set it up, now there is caution signs? When I am on mxtoolbox it shows everything is set up properly.
Bulk Edit - wildcard to find/remove blank space
I need to remove an unwanted space in a field for multiple records. Example: TX- 12345678 => TX-12345678 A search using * for wildcard (select field, enter "*- *" shows several hundred records as desired. But then when I want to do a bulk edit to remove the blank space, the field does not show up in the dropdown for bulk edit. How can I remove an unwanted space in a specific field for multiple records at once?
Unable to connect to server when migrating email
I keep getting an error message and I'm not sure what I could be doing wrong. I'm trying to migrate from an iCloud email, not sure if that's why I'm having difficulty but I've also tried looking on the forum for answers and it's still of no help.

Clone Option Not Working
I choose to clone so I won't have to start from scratch with my masthead and other carry-over data. I delete and replace the text and images with my new content. Thank God, I do a test send because I find it's still sending out the newsletter I cloned. Can you explain this?
