CRM integration with potentials module fields
Hi, I'm looking for a way to bring in a couple of fields from zoho crm potentials module. I already have it integrated and pulling accounts & contacts, but it would be handy to relate certain invoices to specific potentials records & respective fields. It looks like you can do that from something i saw online, but my integration interface doesn't seem to have that option. I also have the situation where we have business referred by a company, and we are dealing with their client and a specific contact

I'm using IMAP with this account. With two different mail clients, Postbox 5.0.19 for Mac and Mac Mail 10.3 I'm getting the error "UID COPY failed". This happens either when deleting (copying to Trash) or copying to any folder. Seems to be working fine from the web interface.
Bug when copying an element to an existing page
Hi. I have a large paragraph element which is a menu of links to pages within my site. If I attempt to COPY that element to an existing page, it will erase every other design element on the page. This happens with other design elements - for example an image element. It is serious bug with the copy element function and while not consistent, severe enough to mean the copy element function can never be used. Is it possible to customize notification emails for all lists at once? It was made a per list setting. I need to translate all notifications to my language (Russian).
Deleting emails in IMAP client doesn't move them to trash in Zoho
I found a couple of similar posts about this, but the fix seems to be to set either the client and/or Zoho to expunge emails. Thing is, I don't want anything expunged or deleted permanently right away, but I do want the emails moved to trash, so they won't still be in my inbox when I access Zoho on a browser. I use Postbox at home on a Mac, and access Zoho on a browser at work (Windows PC). Is there a setting I can use that will move emails to trash when I delete them in Postbox, but not expunge

API Post Bill create work fine but return 405 error
Good day! I'm developing an application with Embarcadero Delphi, from this application using the component TSslHttpCli package from Overbyte ICS and send a request for creating a new bill. Send in the json string before that checked me in Postman, and successfully created a new bill. When i send this json string using TSslHttpCli the bill also builds successfully, but the server returns an error 405 "Method not allowed". In the web interface, I see that the bill created. Why error is returned?

Hi there, I'd like to customize/update the fields made available in my Zoho CRM reports tab as I realise it is missing some Lead fields. Right now, my Leads have GCLID details, however I am unable to find this field when creating my report under 'available columns'. I can't open a *.doc file that is an attachment to an email. Zoho docs is associated with *.doc on my system. I am using theBat for my email. It is a desktop email client. Windows 10. I get the message, "Oops. Zoho Docs cannot process "C:Users\ssnmath\appdata\local\temp\bat\beta_template.doc"." Shouldn't opening the file bring up Zoho Docs in my web browser (Firefox)?

I have created a custom function that is supposed to put the current date in a date type field in Zoho People, Jobs form. I have checked and the label names are correct. P_TimesheetJob for Jobs and Actual_End_Date for my newly created field within the Jobs Form. The data type for this newly created field is "date"! Hi Whenever ticket raised by new clients. A notification goes to them to inform about ticket no and they can also view tickets as per that notifications. But whenever client client on "VIew tickets" link then some login ID password requirement came. We have clients all over the world, we are earlier using Zendesk and now switch to ZOHO. Ideally no login id requirement should come for clients and they should view ticket log except private comments

Expense module not sticking within CRM
Zoho Expense module is intermittently available as a module within CRM. Integration seems unstable. It works for a day, and then stops working until I disable and re-enable the integration. We are using Zoho One and the Expense app is enabled although none of the other Finance suite apps are as we are not using them yet. Anyone have any ideas? Much appreciated!
