Exchange Migration - Session is Invalid Error

I have done this before with no problems but now it is giving me an error that says "Session is invalid, could not able to get mailbox." Sketch Insert in Text Card Bugs
I like the sketch insert feature in the text card, however I'm experiencing a number of really annoying bugs. First, often the sketch insert will insert multiple copies into the text card when I close it. This can be as many as five or more and at varying levels of completion compared to the version I "close and save" in the text card. Run Round Robin Feature After Record Has Been Created
I am new to the Zoho Desk program and have run into a unique need right away. It appears that the Round Robin feature only works when a new ticket is received. In our use case, each ticket needs to be reviewed and fields updated prior to assigning to our agents (using round robin logic). Am I correct that the system, as designed, will not accommodate this need? Is there a way to call the Round Robin feature via custom functions?

Cannot Create Folder

Collaborating on a file using the iphone app.
I'm new to Zoho documents, coming in from google documents. A friend and I do a lot of collaborating, some of which is on her phone. So, I have shared the file, and given her read/write permissions on the document. And the collaboration button is on. She was able to access the file on her laptop, but now when she tries to access on the phone application for IOS, it is telling her she can read only. Can I use a custom field in CRM to select in Campaigns
I have a custom field within my CRM which designates a group/sub group. I can use it as criteria to sync a list but not to produce sublists within the campaign, should I be able to see the custom field within campaigns? I cannot map it or select it in Campaigns, it is a multi select format.
