How to create a Summary Report from two forms data?
Hi I am trying to build a database wherein I store all inputs of adding a stock and another form to removing the stock, how do I create a page wherein when I putin a Product ID it shows up a complete summary of stock in hand in various locations? Hi there, I would like to send out an email campaign to all the unopened contacts of my A/B test campaign. I have read that i'd have to export the contacts to a new mailing list. Could you give me some guidance on this please? I have exported the contacts and it auto-downloaded to an excel spreadsheet. What are the next steps? De-Dup records after importing
I have used a different CRM in the past where if I have imported records it allows me to select any specific fields I want, and de-dup against existing records. For example. We de-dup according mailing addresses. So, we selected the following fields, street, city, state and zip. If ALL fields matched other records, the newly imported lead would have been flagged as a dup and can be deleted. How can I do the EXACT same thing with Zoho. How do I overwrite data or update fields while importing
On the latest import migration wizard there is no option I can see that allows the overwriting of existing records or updating of fields. Inn the online help it indicates I should see a skip, overwrite or clone. All my version is doing is cloning. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi - as you may be aware, Outlook 2013 (currently in preview) now supports EAS. However I am unable to connect Zoho; I get the error message "The server is unable to be found". My website uses a function that automatically dispatches an email to me (admin) when a buyer clicks a button in their account page. This button is made so that they can confirm they've received their item/service, and my site relies heavily on it. It used to send from their email to me, but after moving to Zoho, it disallowed this relay so I had to simply change the From email. Missing link in email
We had a large mailer go out (28,000 recipients). In the email included a URL after the words "click this link:" It appears that for some the link appeared but for many there is only blank space where the field should have appeared. Help! Switching from Zendesk to Zoho Desk using Zwitch
I am migrating from zendesk to zoho desk via the Zwitch in Zoho Desk. I was told an email would be sent to tell me how long the migration should take. However I have checked every folder and never go it. It has been in migration status for 16 hours now. In Zendesk I have 114 organizations and a total of 400 tickets and think that this time is excessive for not alot of data. Is this normal? How do I know it has not hit a glitch? Unable to receive some emails
Good Day I have been noticing that some emails doesn't arrive to my account. I have a case where an email arrive to one inbox and via redirect it arrive to mine. I'm the account administrator. I have check the spam folder, the white and black list for antispam and I really have no clue why some emails arrive and some not. I think my dev server got blacklisted... help!
I have a dev server that was sending an email every minute for testing and analysis. After about 3 hours, I stopped getting the emails. I guess there is a spam filter that started catching and rejecting email from that server. Typically this would be a good thing, but I really need those emails. I whitelisted the server and the from email address... but, no dice. Is there any way I can get that server whitelisted? Thanks!
Calendar subscription not syncing new data to Mac users
Hello - I am not sure if this is happening to Windows users as I have never tried it. We have several Zoho calendars imbedded in our website with subscription options. When new data is added to the Zoho calendar(s) it is not syncing to the subscribed users when they refresh their calendars. They have to re-subscribe to get the new data. Tried problem solving this before, but still an issue.

Mail going to spam despite white list.
I have email from American Express (aexp.com) going into spam despite being on the white list, as a domain and individual email address. I have to search manually through the hundreds of spam emails/day to make sure I get my aexp.com email. My black list is empty, so I don't know why this behavior is occurring.
