CRM: How to keep INBOX from getting cluttered with too many messages w/o losing association with Zoho CRM Contact records
I have IMAP syncing set up so that I can send/receive emails directly from Zoho CRM but I also use Apple Mail on my laptop, iPhone and iPad for sending mail to / from the same account. I love that Zoho CRM automatically links the records in my IMAP's INBOX and SENT folders with contact records, no matter where I send the email from - but if I move it out of my INBOX into a different folder, the email no longer shows up in the contact record. Hello I have purchased a domain from Godaddy and the hosting from Bigrocks. Although the DNS is with zoho and we have tried to configure the mail with zoho we are unable to do so inspite of setting up the MX records as per the requirement of zoho we are unable to configure the mail properly. I want to sync my server to Zoho Docs. We have certain folders that we don't want to sync. When I de-select them in the sync client it tells me that it will delete the folders on my server. Is there a way to prevent it from deleting folders?

Trouble with Group and Email Policy
Hello everyone, I reached out to support about this, but I've yet to hear back from them. I've never tried the forum before so I thought I would give it a shot. I am new to ZOHO and just getting setup with Zoho Workplace. I created a user (test.user@mydomain.com) and set the user to be a member of a group I created called Interns (interns@mydomain.com). The group is applied a policy I created called "Intern Policy". However, the user I assigned to the Intern group is still showing, "Policy Applied:

New Message "From:" Field - My name is incorrect
When I start a new message, the From field shows a shortened name from the email account I opened my zohomail account with. It is not the name that I would like to display. I would like my recipient to see that mail is coming from me, not a nickname. I changed the Nick name to my name in my Profile account information, but it is not reflected in the From field. How can I change this? It would be a Deal-breaker if I am unable to get this changed (unfortunately). Thanks!

How to show a lookup with dynamic filter
I have services form (Plumbing, Wiring etc). I have Resources form. Each resource will work for different services. Using static IP or certificates to send e-mail from automated tests without requiring a special userid
Our business has a static IP. We run automated regression tests that send results by e-mail to our users. Is there any way to whitelist our IP address with Zoho so that all e-mails sent from our IP are delivered by Zoho without needing a separate userid to be setup. Alternatively, is there a way to validate using certificates rather a userid? Thanks.

Issue with CRM Mobile App when wanting to change task owner
Hi, On the Zoho CRM mobile app (I use iPhone), when I try to assign or change the owner of a task, it only shows me (admin user) and one other user. The other 2 users are not shown as an option on the mobile app, but are shown on the desktop CRM. Anyone have an idea as to what is going wrong?

can't update phone number of a vendor through API, Bug in zoho vendor.update api
Can not update phone number of a vendor without updating email address. If I only update phone number of a vendor through API, it returns a message saying "Email already used for some contact person /contact". Hence I cannot update the phone number alone. But I update phone number and email address, then both get updated successfully.
