Enhancement ideas to spam filter
Spam filter is very limited at the moment. Therefore I would like to propose that some improvements are done to make it work better. What I would like to do: - Block certain top level domains completely, such as .eu, .in, .mobi, etc... I can't figure out way to do it now. - Block domain names, which are fully numeric. 00003333.com for example. - Block emails with a subject or body containing black listed words I don't want to see these emails in Spam folder, just delete completely before arriving

Hi , The blog page of my site www.brandkiosk.in is not working again since last 2 days. i have updated a blog post but again am unable to go the blog page for any edit and that page is also not reflecting live, while other pages are working fine. will this problem arise every time i post a blog? Showing Reports of Call Statuses
Hello, I want to generate a report of all calls and their status (cancelled, rescheduled & calls that took place). How can I do that - there is no call status field in the columns. The reason why I want to do this is because I want to see all calls that took place in a month and the numbers just dont add up - there are calls that took place but that dont show up in the "Attended Dialled". API Products Load time
Hi, We currently use Excel to load products with some vba code but the loading time appears to vary quite wildly. We only have around 1,000 products and it has previously only taken 1-2 seconds but recently this is taking much longer. Can you please confirm if this is a problem or restriction with Zoho or if this is due to the fluctuation in connection speed? Hello, I am new in this forum and to Zoho Creator. I made my first steps with Creator and Deluge and everything is fine so far. But now I hit a wall: I like to make custom Dashboards / Pages apart form the standard Report ones. To do that I have to program in HTML, right? Could you recommend me programs in which I could build html pages via drag and drop in order to copy the html code and paste it into the Zoho Creator Workflow in order to build my custom Dashboards / Pages? Invited user cannot join
In Zoho books, I invited another admin user. The link went to their email. When the link is clicked on, it goes to the sign in page. However, the user doesn't have a password to login with. Trying to use the sign up for an account link brings up the response, "that email address already has an account." Using Forgot Password, it brings a response "user is inactive." However, the user is not marked as inactive.

when I go to add the SPF on my Hostgator CPANEL , I go to Advanced DNS> then select my domain and then Add a Record TXT Then I have to add NAME when I put @ i get a error. A zone name must be a domain name, and can include a period at the end. What do I put in the field and the other fields. TTL and txtdata

Formatting contacts
Hello. We are facing difficulties to keep contacts like phone number or country name in a standard formatting. For example some clients leave their phone number like +33 6 11 22 33 44, others put 06 11 22 33 44, some write +33611223344 or +33 (0) 6-11-22-33-44. However it is the same number. Similar problem is with country and city names. Did anyone solved this problem somehow? Automatically?
Proof of Delivery
Hi team, Is there any way to capture proof of delivery currently from within Zoho? It would be a great to have a POD option in the Sales domain, for delivery drivers / sales personel on the road. Something where they can assign product / quantities delivered to a customer, and capture a signature on screen (for ipod / ipad zoho). Unopened Rates
Hi there, I am concerned about the unopened rate in regards to the email campaign I recently sent out. Whenever I add a specific colleague on to the send list - the email without a doubt, goes in to her junk mail even after authenticating our domain. I'm thinking this is the case with the recent campaign we sent out? It's the highest unopened rate we've have ever received. Is there a solution to this? Hi - I've got Thunderbird on two computers using IMAP to read a Zoho email. If one of them reads email and downloads it to the computer, the other computer will not download the same email. Is there a setting to avoid this problem?
Firefox browser extension uses lots of CPU
Hi. I'm testing out Zoho Vault for our company's password storage requirements. I've noticed that the Firefox plugin is quite CPU intensive. Having a number of tabs open and having the Vault plugin active uses significant amount of CPU. It seems the more tabs that are open, the more CPU the plugin continuously uses. I've tested this with FF 53 and FF 54 on Linux and also on FF on Mac. See the attached screenshot. The Chrome plugin doesn't seem to have this issue.

Trying to create connector in Zoho Cliq
Hello, I am trying to create a custom service connector to an API. I fill out all of the required fields, and when I click the "Create and Connect" button, nothing happens. I've tried this on an Oauth 2.0 API and an Oauth 1.0 API, and the button still doesn't work. Any solution for this? If not, is there another way I can implement a third party API into Zoho Cliq?

Hello together, is it possible to share only specific emails with colleagues? Sample: My provider is googlemail. I send an eMail with my googlemail account to one saved contact. This Email (AND the answer-email) will be displayed in contacts details at chapter 'Emails'. But this specific Email is confidential and I do not want to be shared. Is this possible?

I've looked up all the Forum posts on Query String Parameters and I can't seem to find a direct answer to this question (lots of work-arounds thought). In various web programming languages, there's a way to access incoming Query String Parameters. For example, in PHP, if someone follows a URL like this http://www.example.com/page?myVar=xyz You can reference $_REQUEST['myVar'] Is there a way to do this in Deluge? All of my other emails to a lead are available through an IMAP connection and the Outlook Plugin but emails generated this morning to leads based on a workflow alert do not appear. I have changed the drop down to look under Emails sent from CRM.
