Incoming Disabled after re enable user
I was disabled a user and now, after re enabled, i cant activate incoming emails again. I have 3 accounts with this problem and I need to fix it urgently

Is there a way to trigger a Deluge script while on the Edit screen of a lead as opposed to when it it saved? I have been successful creating workflows with actions and scripts behind it, but those require a Lead to be created or updated first. I am looking for some real-time updates like setting values of certain fields all while our sales people are still inside of Leads screen making edits to an entry. Is this possible?

Can't add a new user
Hi. In Control Panel -> User Details I have registered 3 users in addition to the primary account. All of them can receive and send mails. However I'm trying to create a user asesorias@meta7.com.mx and I get an error message: "The user is already invited". If I go to the Invitation list the user has a "Pending" status. Why this user was invited instead of created? I don't have a way to use that email. For that reason I can't accept the "invitation". Please check my 2 attached images for better understand.

Zoho Books - Get the Invoices created against a sales order
I am able to create a Sales Order via making an API call. In the Zoho Books application, I am creating invoices. Now from the SO id, I would like to get the invoices created for a SO from an API call. Note, I do not have the invoice ids in the calling application as the invoices were created in Zoho Books.

Emails not coming through after full storage

smtp messages stope sometimes
hello, i am using my zoho account smtp information to send emails through the website, it works fines sometimes and sometimes it doesn't work at all , it stays for like 2 hours not sending anything , till now all the emails that could be sent throught it doesn't exceed 80 emails max but this is a real-estate rental website so it can get more messages, so is this a limit that i could change, or is this something related to my server, i am using digitalocean Best Regards, Mayada

Marking messages NOT SPAM isn't working
When I mark select and mark messages not spam, they used to be moved back to my Inbox. That functionality is no longer working and the messages stay in the spam folder. Please advise.
Data will not display on published Page
I am working on an app to allow users from a website to search for and display certificates that are created on the fly by entering a product number in a search page and then having all of those certificates display on the page. I have developed it and it works in my creator home but when I publish it its not finding any data to display. What am I missing here I am sure its a simple fix. I am new to Creator. Tom

How to get a list of all published KB articles in a category (department) sorted by updated date
How do we get a list of KB articles with their hierarchy information for each category. Without this how can articles be managed, audited and updated periodically when the numbers are large. I am a little confused. Is it not there or I cant find it? We are currently evaluating Zoho and are at an advanced stage. But this might be a deal breaker. Please advise.

We are trying to connect “contacts” to an exact geo address/location. But the Thing is that when we copy the “plus code” addresses from Google Maps into the street address in the CRM, and then search for the contact location, it doesn’t locate it. Edit data on stateless connected forms
Hi, I have five forms connected using Stateless Master form. I am able to submit the data on all the forms and submit it. Now, how can i make the data submitted on Form 1 be editable if i navigate to Form 1 from Form 2 using the "Next" "Previous" functionality. Is there a way i can autopopulate the Form 1 using some ID? Also note that I have not yet completely submitted the entire application (from Form 5). Thank you.
