Dear Zoho, end of last week I received an email from one of my builders with a quote (doc file) attached. I responded straight away but wanted to look at the quote today. Unfortunately, I can't find the email anywhere, nor can I find my response in the Sent folder (or the trash). Any idea what is going on there? Many thanks for your help Antonio

Hi, I'm building a form using the form builder. Please can somebody tell me if there's a way of copy and pasting certain fields? I.e. I'm building a client fact find. I want a question that says 'is there another applicant'. Build a rule to say if yes, then it asks all the same questions for applicant 2. In which case I just need to copy and paste all the previous fields. It will save so much time. Thanks Pia

Hi, When sent to others my emails are marked as spam even after I checked all the settings for SPF or DKIM. It seems to me that I configured them properly but I would like to have some support from Zoho. Can anyone please help me or give me better advice? Thanks in advance!

I own bankgallery.in. I want to set up an email service. I followed every instruction down to the individual characters of the instructions to verify: 1. My DNS provider BigRock domains is not on the list, so I choose [OTHER] and I have also tried the option Cname to register 2. I add the respective CNAME and TXT names and values to my BigRock domain manager to bankgallery.in 3. I use BigRock to host my site. 4. I have multiple times checked the values to see if they're correct from zoho to my BigRock

Campaigns - Outlook Incompatibility Issues
I reported an issue today with campaigns looking very different to how it looks onscreen in the campaigns preview or editing mode to how it looks in the outlook client. CRM 2016 Suggestion - Uploading a File
When uploading a file, the dotted box with the words 'Attach' in the middle looks as if you can drag and drop your file into the area. See image below. For this type of box, basic web usability states you can drag your file here that you want to upload. Doing so crashes CRM 2016. If this is suppose to be a button, then please make it look like a button. If you are supposed to be able to drag and drop, then it is not working.
