I need to keep track of about 5 different types of accounts. Each type of account needs a slightly different page layout. My current understanding is that a Page Layout is based on the User, not the type of data the record is? Lookup field issue
I have a couple of lookup fields that record the business/institution and department of a contact, these lookup fields get information from our institutions (businesses). We are dealing with international buyers from EU, USA etc. the ability to download all original expenses, invoices used in a particular report would be very very for tax return purposes. I.e. we charge 23% tax to all EU customers, and 0 TAX for customers outside the EU. I created a button called create Deals in quote module, If i click that button it should take me to deals module with same field values on quote (Grand total of quote,client name,Enquiry name,valid until). it is possible through custom function. Hi Team, I use Instapage.com for my landing pages. And I have 2 different forms that I want to integrate with Zoho CRM for Lead creation. First form has such a fields: 1) Company Name 2) Full Name 3) Email Address 4) Phone Second form has these ones: 1) Company Name 2) Business Address 3) City 4) State / Province The question is would it be able to update the zoho record with just what the lead completes filled out on second form? I am not able to add user to my organization , I am getting error "user already exist". Multiple time issue was reported to support team but so far no solution. If I set a section on the purchase order to lookup the account why cannot I copy or populate the shipping address with the customers details for when I order items for direct delivery? Am i missing something as this is pretty standards stuff really?
