Variable Pricing for a Plan per Month
We offer variable pricing for our customers changing with revenue we created for our customers each month. So our plan's for our customers is like: fixed + variable per month (we calculate variable part at the end of month) how can we implement this variable structure with Zoho Subscriptions? Can we call an api to store variable part and Zoho Subscriptions use this value to invoice at the beginning of each month? All suggestions and advice are welcomed
Form Creator Success Message Variable in Form Properties
I am using a form variable called "reservation_number" which is auto numbered. When the reservation is submitted, how can I get the form properties success message to display the reservation number created from auto number? For example, if auto number assigned 13 to the field, can the message say "Reservation number 13 successfully added." Thank you.

Apple Reminders Not Syncing with iPhone
Hello- When I select to use Zoho for reminders in both Mac OS 10.12.5 and iOS 12.3.2 I am unable to get any communication. I'm using Apple Reminders on both Mac OS X and iOS. I've checked all the setting and everything looks correct. Calendar is working fine, but Reminders isn't. Thanks!

Hello, I would like to know if Zoho Books has a system for tracking unsettled petty cash advances. For example: I have a petty cash account with $100 inside. An employee gets an advance of $20 for gasoline. The employee only spends $15 for the gasoline so he has a remaining $5 with him. How can I track the settlement of the $15 of gasoline (probably with a receipt) and the remaining $5 balance that the employee has not yet returned and when he returns it? I love Zoho Mail and I also love Zoho Invoice so I was surprised to learn that it seems you two don't get along. I need to be able to see the system e-mails I send from Zoho Invoice and I understand that if I had chosen to use mail programmes such as GMail or Outlook then I could have integrated and had this feature. However, I chose to use Zoho Mail and and now understand that I am disadvantaged because as there is no integration available like with the non Zoho programmes? Zoho this is not

Incoming Email Blocked
Hello, About a week ago our accounts using the domain "dconsulate.co.id" was unable to receive emails, in the control panel it says "incoming mail disabled", when i try to enable it says "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only." I have been disable the accounts for a week, and now they are enabled but got incoming blocked. Can you please help me with this issue? I want to unblock all of our accounts. Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to make billing address required when adding new contact
I am having an issue where employees do not collect the full billing address since it is not required. We need it for marketing and mailing purposes but a big chunk of my contacts do not have billing addresses. Is there anywhere that I can make the billing address field required when adding a new contact?

Unable to receive email
I have a domain www.codezlabs.com. The website is hosted on AWS, I have successfully saved and updated MX records and SPF entries and also checked records in mxtoolbox inspite of this I am unable to receive any email from sender. Hi, I have this problem in a specific account. This user can´t see the eimails in her inbox. When you click a mail the preview never ends to load. Im sending a printscreen of the problem. I already tried to move to the newest version, errasing the cookies and history of the browser, even starting the sesion in another computer.
