Unable to import bugs from Excel format
Hi, I am an express plan user of Zoho projects. Till now,I used to maintain all the bugs history in the excel sheet. Now,I want to import all those issues directly to Zoho projects through the Import feature, the problem is I don't know the sample format for excel to import all these issues directly on Zoho. Creating Auto Emails
Hi there, I have a couple questions about auto generating emails with Zoho. First I would like to creat a workflow rule that when a deal or opportunity is close and won an email is auto sent out after a set period of time. I see how I can creat a task after a period of time, but not how to send out an auto email. Is this possible? Second, I would like to send out Auto emails around birthdays or client annaversary dates? Is this possible? Thanks so much in advance, Brad

I create zoho mail account using gmail account. after that I change my login ID, and now I can't login again because my login ID is that mail in the zoho. and when I ask forgot password I did not get the email. my gmail account before I changed it is aar@inzpiretechnology.com and now my account ID has change to admin@astindohub.co.id repeatedly ask forgot password. I still did not receive mail in my inbox on above mail excange. please help me, I can't login to my account again.

Zoho mail merge and Office 365 spam filters
The Office 365 spam filter automatically quarantines bulk emails by default, ie. any that come from using the Zoho mail merge templates that send via mailer.zohocrm.com, even if just sent to 2 people. I'm noticing when you send to one person, the From address is yourself. But send to 2 or more and it's sent via the mailer, which then gets quarantined. Just curious how others deal with this? It'd be nice if we could somehow circumvent the mailer.
Spam Control
The Spam control whitelist does not seem to do anything. I have added emails to the whitelist and emails from these email addresses still end up in Quarantine. I have spf set to quarantine, spf-soft set to quarantine, dkim set to quarantine, dnsbl set to reject.

Unable to register due to Mobile Number validation

I'm installing a server with alfresco but I'm getting an error message about Relay. Alfresco should send a message from alfresco@conduruged.com.br to sergio@conduruimoveis.com.br (Both hosted at Zoho). Can I configure the relay in zoho?
Sluggish performance when sorting large column
Hi, I have an embedded spreadsheet on my website and one sheet has quite a long column of data - about 700 rows and counting daily. When trying to sort or filter this data on the embedded version, it simply refuses to respond. The column or selection stays in green but no matter how long it is left to do it's working, nothing happens. As the data contained on the spreadsheet is intended for visitors to do exactly this and is a main reason why they come to my website, this is very frustrating. Especially

I have 3 IMAP accounts and a couple of POP3s set up in Outlook 2013, and for the last week I've been receiving frequent messages saying: "Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. Kindly try after some time." It has been fine for the last 9 months or so. Any ideas?

Failing validation of commas on decimal fields
Hi, There's a huge problem with decimal fields and commas. Commas are not recognized as illegal characters, but are simply deleted in the decimal field. This is ridiculously problematic and should be fixed asap! We cannot have any kind of confidence in the data collected by Zoho. Here's a screenshot of a simple alert box script on input. As you can see, the input contain a comma, but it is not converted to a decimal point. I have honestly never seen anything like that. Please make commas illegal
Timesheet - View non-billable tasks
I am contracting for a company but for the sake of clarity I have to show when I take holidays so they can check and see my working days and my non-working days. Is it possible to show this in the timesheet overview on the portal? So I created two tasks now * Work * Holiday but when I set the holiday as a unbillable task, it does show up in my list but not on the customers portal list. Thanks!

Access denied to 'pages' section within projects
My account is already admin but I am unable to access the 'pages' section on most projects. Can't seem to find where this permission is controlled. I have access to the main admin account as well and that works fine.

Lookup field with a FILTER and SORT not sorting correctly
Old program, no changes on my end. I have two lookup fields. First one for Category the second Product. Select Category. The second field Product has a FILTER from the Category field. The list shows up but the items are not sorted correctly. How do I get the items sorted like they use to show up? Do I have to manually sort the list now?
Disable Periodic Mail Deletion
Messages moved to the Trash folder are periodically deleted. This is a major inconvenience. How can this setting be disabled? Thanks in advance!

Email Based Autoresponder?
Hello, I am trying to set up an autoresponder to be sent out based on a previous autoresponder. How would I go about doing that? Meaning I already have campaign ready and if the subscriber fails to open the initial campaign email, I would like an autoresponder to send out the same email again. After that if they open the autoresponder, I would like another email to reply with new information. Is this possible? If so, how do I go about using this?
