Zoho Assist unable to activate the Kapersky UI win7
Hello Zoho peeps
This is a strange issue and may just be a one off. But I thought i'd ask in case someone else has seen this.
Today I logged into a PC with ZA. In order to resolve an application issue. I re-installed the app and resolved the issue (it was AOL desktop 9.7). Anyway my point is I was able to use control panel feature like programs and features. I was able to uninstall any application. I could run malware bytes, initiate a scan and delete quarantined items. But when I opened Kapersky I could not control it or use any of its functions. So I get no UI input. My client however, had complete control over all the functionality of Kapersky so I walked them through the steps I needed done.
I figure it can't be a permissions issue since I seem to have all the rights of an admin. And I can log into another computer in the same building that has Kapersky installed and access that without issue. So is this something that the Zoho community has seen and if so is there any reason it would affect 1 PC and not another?
Anyway this is probably the wrong forum for the question but I just want to verify its not something the zoho community is already aware of has a quick answer. I am going to try testing it over the weekend by "remoting" into it while I am in the same room.
For what its worth I am using a win8.1 machine with IE 11 into a windows 7 PC all the systems are 64bit.
