When I login to my zoho account, I can download the zohoassist.msi file, and I can install it.
But when I run it, it starts the Zoho Assist app and instead of giving me the session key to give to my customer so I can get a remote control of their desktop, it tells ME that:
"You are about to join a Remote Support Session. Support Technician will be able to control your screen along with the ability to transfer files"
but I AM the technician! I want that to occur on my customer's computer!
In the past, I had an app, which generated a 9 digit key, which the customer entered at join.zoho.com.
That app auto-updated to this, and now, I can't do remote control of my customer's computer when they need my help!
I tried adding the chrome app, but I get a Failed - Network error when downloading the pluging, but more importantly, I don't want a chrome plugin! I want the actual Windows app!
PS: I am on Windows 7 pro. I have an active Zoho assist subscription.
