Subdomain won't redirect
Hi my subdomain won't redirect to the website if I will not include www in url(in Firefox and IE). In google chrome I got no problem. But in IE and Firefox latest versions it won't redirect and I am getting 404 error. I am using google domain just in case you wan't to know the settings of my DNS, I can give you the screenshot of the settings. But what do you think is the problem?.

Lines are removed in mail merge
I created a document in Zoho Docs with a mail merge. When I perform the merge, two lines of text are removed thus issuing the merged document useless. Because of this I have to abandon the use of Zoho Docs for this particular project and use WPS Office. Pre-merge and post-merge screenshots are attached.
Image text wrap inconsistent
There are inconsistencies in the text wrap for images. I have attached a screen shot of a document with a 4 cell table. Each cell contains the same exact content and the text wrap for each image is the same. But for the cells in the right column the text will not wrap as it does int he right column.

Importing multi-select data
Hi there, I am currently trying to populate a multi-select checklist with records from an excel spreadsheet. I have entered the variables in a single cell separated by a semicolon as demonstrated; Babysit;Temp;Permanent The options in the Zoho field that it is aligned with are Babysit, Temp, Permanent and TBC. Every other field populates fine however nothing imports into this field. Any ideas? Thanks
Cannot change Project Owner field
I am a new user of Zoho projects, own the portal and have admin profile. I am setting up New Projects on behalf of others (who I have registered as Managers in Portal Users). When I set up a New Project I can choose any of the managers in the drop down list as Owner. Having done this and completed other fields and updated the project, when I return to edit the project and want to change the Owner the Owner Field will not give me the list of Managers. Emails Bouncing Back to Sender
I had one person tell me today that when they try to send me an email it is bounced back to them. My email is hosted on Zoho. I am receiving some emails, but apparently there are others I am not. I had them forward the bounced email and error message to my personal email so I could tryou to figure out why. Unable to manage customer in Partner Store

Hi All, I'm trying to get a Parts Selection sub form working in my Repair ticket form. I have 4 fields in my sub form: Model Parts Catagory (Base Plastics, MotherBoard, Screen PLastics, Screen etc..) My app stopped working - Lookup fields
I've tried 3 browsers, MS Edge, Chrome and Chrome on a Chromebook. And my App stopped working over night. I have two lookup fields, The first lookup field never sets up the second lookup field. I have tried to open local excel file with 1,00,000 rows and 200 columns in ZOHO Sheets, which is not opening. Is there any possible way to open this in ZOHO Sheets?
