VAT and Shipping charges
Hi, I have two question. Question #1: We can configure VAT in two places, one is at item level and one is at Salesorder order at item level. I want that VAT at salesorder is not changed and is readonly. Is it possible? Question #2 I have created shipping charges custom field on item module and if i add item in salesorder, the shipping charges at salesorder is sum of shipping charges of individual item. Is it possible?
S.O.S: Can Receive Emails but not Send (No Error Shown)
Team; We have our email server for acodeidea.com on zoho. I can receive emails but not send them. However there is no error when sending emails and the mails are in the sent box. Also, we are able to send and receive email within our organization. But NOT to gmail or email hosted on google servers. Can someone please help...??? Note: Checked the MX records and they are fine. Can send mail but not receive
Hello there! When I send an email from my Zoho account (sam@sam-xcx.com) to my gmail, it goes through. When I send an email from gmail to Zoho, it says that the address was not found and my message was unable to be delivered. I've checked through third party sites and it says that my MX is linked to Zoho. I also have used the same process and domain hosting company for another Zoho email account and it has went through before. How do I fix this?
Cant send mail, says account blocked and I cant unblock
Hi we are having terrible issues with zoho. We are unable to send mail using the account. It says the account is blocked and when I follow the steps to unblock it from the control panel it wont let me. I have already emailed support but got no reply. Issues Related to Imported Images
I am experiencing issues related imported images that I believe did not exist until recently. 1. When I drag and drop a local image into a slide, I get an error message to the effect of "The operation requires an ID" (I am not sure of the exact wording in English, because the message I get is Japanese.) Hi, I did generated auth token for an integration with zoho recruit by API. My code is fine, but I only receive "Invalid Ticket Id" as response. I changed the auth token some times, however the message still same. My code runs perfectly with another zoho recruit portal.
Exporting files
When I export a view with attached files, the output contains a link to the files on Zoho but not the file itself. Can thsi be achieved any other way. I would like to be able to fully back up my data locally. Thanks Roy Watt

Why my sent emails go to SPAM?
Hello there! I'm using a third party software to run my e-commerce. When a client buys something, or do an specific action, this software sends automatic e-mails do my clients. But it is often comum that my e-mails go to SPAM. And I can't figure out why! They use an Amazon server to send those e-mails (sorry if I'm not saying anything stupid). Can someone please help me?! too much spam in zoho mail. considering leaving
I am receiving too much spam. I think Gmail has a feature where they identify exact emails sent over and over to multiple recipients and that way identify spam with very high rate maybe 98 %. without need of manual blocking filters. Is there a similar feature being already in development at zoho mail and what is its status ? I am considering moving from zoho mail as effectively it seems there is no spam protection except blocking filters which are useless in modern age.

Hello, I have a bunch of functions/scripts that run when a new entry is attempted to be added to a form (i.e. On Add > Validate and On Add > On Success). I'd like those same functions to run when a form entry is edited (i.e. On Edit > Validate and On Edit > On Success). Is there a more elegant way to do this beyond simply copying and pasting all the functions? Thanks!

How to record client payment made directly to vendor?
My company orders services from a vendor. My company also sells services to a client. Client was invoiced by my company, but instead of paying me the client paid directly to the vendor.
