Hello Team, I am trying to use ZohoSales IQ with my wordpress site. (www.institutoterapiamanual.com.br ) Even after Inserting the "Float Window" Code snippet to the Zoho plugin, the Chat Window Popup doesn't show up.
Release Notes and release notifications
Is there a way to get Release Notes on modifications (including minor updates) and notifications of releases? I can only find notifications on major releases with vague info on details, but we're interested any changes effecting core platform, APIs, etc.
Document templates for Japan
Good afternoon, I have a request for a change on the packing slip template so as to fit the Japanese Market. In Japan 3 documents are quite important in a sale : The estimate, Mitsumorisho, 見積書 The packing slip, Nouhinsho, 納品書 The invoice, seikyuusho, 請求書 So the initial Sales Order document is not transmitted. In the packing slip it is mandatory to show the price, so until now I have used the SO and given it another title. But I am facing now packages that are incomplete (products out of stock).

I'm setting up Zoho Mail for our company, (so Zoho will hande mail @4roadservice.com). I started setting it up with my Zoho account, then realized I should probably set it up with the same account as owns our Zoho CRM organization,so I deleted the Zoho Mail org that I had set up with my account, then logged in as my partner, created an organization, validated the domain, and started setting things up. Refund notification
It looks like some webhook events are missing, the one i recently needed was the "refund" event. Is it possible to get this on the supported events? As a substitute i wanted to use /events but it doesn't have any filtering, so i can't say "get all events that happened after event id = XYZ" Thanks.

Linking Zoho Subscriptions customer_id to the card_id when creating a card
Hello, Trying to make sense of Zoho Subscriptions API. How would you link the card_id to the customer_id when creating the card? The API Documentation does not specify customer_id as an attribute when creating a card (see this https://www.zoho.com/subscriptions/api/v1/#Cards_Create_a_new_credit_card) Should I just add customer_id as the attribute, despite the fact that the API documentation doesn't list it? additional Import fields
Is there a plan to add additional fields for import? Right now not including work is a problem for me. Also I cannot import a start date from either csv or xls. With Tasks lists, I have a standard task list that is repeatable with Resources, Duration and Work Effort. I can create a task list template but all that carries over is the task name, none of the details. New Schedule - Add Record
We have a Sales form with our sales records. And we have a Tasks form with things we must do. Tasks -Description -Date -Sales (lookup filed linked to Sales form) -Owner -Status After I add a record to Sales, I want to automatically add a new record to Tasks. I am using the Workflow Schedules feature to try to accomplish this. Working as admin in the control panel: When I try to add the email account "cesarmedina@symsoluciones.com" and "felixsolis@symsoluciones.com" I get the error: "The data you have entered already exists" The accounts in mention, were created and eliminated, but I do not know continue to appear as existing. No lookup field update in timeline view
Timeline (history of activities with a record) has not indicate while lookup type field has changed within a record. Timeline indicate the last update time but not indicate the nature of lookup field update. When this challenge will be fixed? Is anybody has a solution? I have an idea to add custom module (say "Changes") and add changes as a standalone record. Then watch this change in related list. Does it work?
Statement Reconciliation
Hi Everyone! Our scenario: We made an invoice for $100 to a US client. Our base currency is ZAR ($1 = R13). The client paid $100 from their side. The bank takes a portion for the transfer and we get $95 but in ZAR on our statement. The system then converts it back to $ once the client is selected in the categorization process. However, there is a portion short on the original invoice amount. We can't match this statement line to the invoice. How do we fix this? Regards, Geran

Invitation not activated - cannot find email address in Control Panel
Set up new email address was not activated but cannot see it in the Control Panel. If I try to set it up again I get a message that the "User already exists in your org". How can I activate if I can't find it?

I am creating a report and want it to count based on there being nothing and im using the following script: countif("Autoview_1496775088044_Row_Subform Table"."Scion"='') it always returns 0, am I using the right operator of ='' ? When I do the inverse !='' it works perfectly and counts only the cells with data.
Feature Request: control sort order in dropdown fields
This one is pretty simple. Dropdown fields have an option for "Alphabetical order". I've finally found a client who has a giant list of values, all DATES, and so to find anything in 2017, for example, the user has to scroll through many pages. I'd like to just sort in descending order, not ascending. It would be nice if you offered this option in the future. Thanks! Bruce

ERR Service unavailable for more than 1 day due to POP3 1 Gb traffic limitation
Unfortunately - after re-installing the MS Widnows and consequently MS Outlook (of course - with further use of the existing data file with local folders) it always starts receiving (downloading) the whole mailbox independently on the existing (already received before re-installation) messages. It always exceeds 1 Gb and therefore the mailbox is getting locked for more than 1 day (getting "ERR Service unavailable").
