Python Library for Zoho Reports
Hi, I use the Python Client Library (https://zohoreportsapi.wiki.zoho.com/Python-Client-Library.html) to run Zoho Reports API at home. It works great. However, when I try to run it my office it throws an error. I believe this is because my work place uses a proxy server that authenticates with my windows login account. Can you confirm if the Python Client Library can support API calls via a proxy server? If yes, how do I do this? Do I need to change the ReportClient.py file to support this? Thanks

When I try to send mail from outlook 2016 desktop, I get this message since the beginning of this month. Once in a while, the mail is sent, but more often Outlook tries to relay through my (wholly unrelated) private outlook account. Microsoft is no help at all. Do you have any idea what could be wrong? Best Practices - Sales Order / Invoices integration in Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory
Hi Guys, Fairly new to the Zoho CRM landscape and recently started dabbling with Zoho Inventory. I find some features of it to be more useful than Zoho CRM (order delivery tracking etc.), but find it odd that a sales order/invoice created in CRM does not automatically sync and show up in Zoho Inventory (or the other way around). Does anyone have a solution or best practice method that they currently use? Thanks.

Host Not Reachable errors today from all types of email
Hi there. Of course I'm on a deadline. I'm suddenly getting "Host Not Reachable" Error 421 on emails. Is this a system problem over at Zoho or is there something I am doing wrong? One of them is my publisher. I must be able to work with him to finish up a magazine this week. Maybe this is just part of all the cyber attack stuff I keep hearing about?

Hello, I have a number of alias domains that are mapped to my primary domain. When I email using an alias domain from the Zoho Mail user interface, the emails are received without "On Behalf of" appearing. However, if I use the Zoho SMTP server externally (from a Wordpress site) using the alias domain and authenticating with my primary credentials, the receipient gets the "On Behalf of" message appearing even though the messages appear in my Sent folder as normal emails. The message shows with primary@email.com

I have a problem, have one of the products that I accept, I need to list 5 steps to get it delivered. And you need to report which customers and which step you are on. Example: 3 clients in step 1, 4 in step 3 and so on. But I do not need for all the products or projects I sell, only for 1. You can create a potential field that is enabled only if it is for project Z, for example.

Delete contact record when the email address is categorised as ''bounced'' in Zoho Campaign
Hi, I want to create a custom function where when a contact's emails categorised as ''bounce'' with Zoho Campaign to simply erase the contact record. The reason why we need to do this is because, in our industry, the turnover is very high, people are working into a company sometimes for less than 6 months. When we have a contact with an email address, we assume they still work there. By erasing the records, if the email bounced, ensure we only keep the right contacts in our CRM. How could we do that?

Domain Emails marked as SPAM in clients mailboxes
Hi, My emails are going right into the spam folders of my clients which is severely impacting the business. I checked the domain and its not black listed and the setup is done as per the instructions given ( SPF records, domain keys etc are configured). Zoho Email App not displaying new messages
So I am using the Mail App on my Samsung Galaxy phone. I used to see the "new mail icon" in the upper left of my screen. I don't see it anymore. My Android notifications is on for the Zoho email. I see my Outlook icon for work just fine. I am running version 2.1.3 of the app. My Android version is 7.0. I open the app and there is a lot of new email waiting. Please help. Thanks, Paul

New Email User creation error!
Hi When I create an email address as karan@dioconsulting.com . It creates the user but says no mailbox attached. When I try to create the mailbox it says email address already exists.
