Customer Lead Conversion - Re-Assigning Emails From Leads
Due to our complicated sales process, I'm developing a custom function to perform do Lead Conversions. It creates multiple Accounts, Contacts and one Potential. During this process, I had to figure out how to re-assign the Tasks, Calls and Events to the Potential. I'm having trouble re-assigning the 'Emails' section of the Lead to the Potential. So, for the Tasks, Calls and Events, I've use: zoho.crm.getRelatedRecords function. It returns a set of ACTIVITYID's, when then I'm updating the SEID

Create a custom function that stops workflow actions
Hi, I have set up a workflow and it's working great, however I'd like to stop it if a certain date/time has been reached. We have an event, however if people are late registering then they will miss out on a certain time-based offer and I'd like to stop the trigger that sends out a certain email. basic features are missing
You have updated Support with new APIs? I found there are few basic APIs missing in your support desk. like - filters to get tickets - unable to create thread - attachments are created by name is always same. (may be related to API key user) As there basic features are missing, we cant be using zoho anymore. I haven't heard any reply to my support tickets on these either. Rama.

Comments not being recieved & same notifications being recieved every hour
Hi Zoho Team, My some of our clients have informed us that they are receiving the same ticket notifications over and over. Some are receiving it on the hour. Also, some clients are not receiving the reply/comments that we made public which is causing issues as we are now missing SLA's due to the clients not responding to messages they are not receiving even though we have sent a reply. Suddenly permissions denied for user adding an event
I have a user who was trying to add an event to a contact. She was able to open the dialogue box, enter info, but then received an error saying "Insufficient privileges to perform this operation". We have not changed anything in our account, and this user has entered events before without issue. Attached is an image with a screenshot of the error.
Zoho SSO integration - Unable to signup
Hey, We have enabled remote authentication for our services and configured everything successfully. We were able to signup and signin users previously by using the zoho api following the instructions provided here https://www.zoho.com/support/help/remote-authentication.html. Export data to excel via xml
Hi, We have setup a connection in excel to request live data but as there is no schema file, excel then creates a default map which is not formatted in the correct way. Is there a way to specify the schema file so this is formatted correctly or another way to extract the data into excel so it can then be used for normal lookups? Thanks Lee
Adding Billable Staff as Products
Hello, I run a company whereby my staff, who I bill out per hour, are my products. Much like a consultancy or law firm. I need to add these staff in as products so that I can create quote for my potential customers. The interface is not very friendly towards people adding hourly-rates and appears to be more geared towards physical inventory. Does anyone have any tips for adding billable staff as products in the CRM?

If I have a set of tasks, A, B and C, with dependencies so that they follow each others (B after A, C after B) with no slack in between, and all are, for example, five days long each, I can easily extend task A to e.g. ten days which causes task B and C to each move five days into the future. Is possible to see the late tasks and late milestones on the dashboard, specifically at the Task Status and Milestones Status graphics? On my dashbaord I can only see the tasks open and completed. I would like to see the late tasks on the same pie chart. Is it possible?

Hi When I upload image files to my website in Zoho Sites the image seems to be compressed and looks like it lower quality that I uploaded. Does Zoho Sites compress images? Outbound emails not sending
Hi I sent an email with too many attachments on Friday which seems to have exceeded our account size. It looks like Zoho is still trying to send the email which means no sent emails have gone through since Friday and I get a message saying email size exceeds limit. Unable to verify domain
Domain hosted with Crazy Domains. They talked me through changing CNAME settings however pointed out that I didn't have nameserver details. I've searched around Zoho site for them yet could only find MX records (?) that look like they could be nameserver entries (different terminology?) from this page, but didn't work.

No Secure Login HTTPS (ssl) on ZOHO Mail Custom Login URL...
I have setup a Custom Login URL for my ZOHO email account with my domain "mail.mydomain.com"... But I noticed that this Custom URL does not come up as an SSL secure site (https://)... It comes up as just a plain http:// site... However.. After I enter in my email address and password it does convert over to SSL " https://mail.zoho.com/zm/#mail/inbox "... How to make a decision box unique inside a subform?
