Hi, In our company we have two different brands (Brand1 and Brand 2). And each one has its own department in Zoho Desk. By default, Zoho Desk creates a portal with the URL https://deskportal.zoho.com/portal/brand1 Now, I'm trying to create a new Help Center with the URL https://deskportal.zoho.com/portal/brand2 but Zoho doesn't allow me to do it. Control Panel button moved
The link to the Control Panel now shows up in bold red at the top of the Zoho Mail app. The link the the Control Panel used to show up under the gear icon under "Settings". It was much better under the gear icon. It's very intrusive and obnoxious at the top of the mail app in bold red.

Stream Integration
Is there anyway to get notifications of stream activity to my phone? Just a push notification. Or can I set it up to send emails for all stream activity? I have my calendar sending me emails when events are added to a group calendar, but can not sort out how to do it for a group stream? Otherwise I will never know of activity, so it has not been a very useful tool for our team. Thanks

Font/layout inconsistencies in custom campaign template
Hello there, I've created a custom campaign template and while a majority of the email is desktop/mobile responsive, there are certain font/layout consistencies (please refer to the attached screenshots). The issues shown in the screenshots are:- a. Font type for the header and footer have been set to Tahoma but display as Times New Roman in mobile; b. Hi! I have a problem with my super administrator account at Outlook. It cant authenticate. I've tried change the password, the pop and smtp configs, and got not sucess. I dont know why, but this account is associated with my gmail personal email, that is my zoho login account. I created a second user and it works normally in my Outlook. Right now Zoho SalesIQ visits are shown at the contact level in Zoho CRM. I need to see this at the account level for all contacts at a company. If there was a way to get access to page visits data then I could at least save all visits to a new module and relate it to the account. Regards, Glenn

Can't get web form autoresponder to work
I have created a simple web form. I've defined an auto responder to send out a reply with an attachment. This autoresponder has only one criteria and that is the email address cannot be empty. I've tested it numerous times but no response gets sent to the submitter or the admin. I've tested the email form independently and it sends just fine. Can't see what I'm doing wrong.
