I think my email account is locked
We just sent out 100 mails and need to do 100 more but we are getting a message saying mail limit met. Is this something that can be fixed? Thanks.

Please unblock my IP, I have since read the file types that are allowed and not allowed to be sent. Perhaps you should make users aware that if they try sending specific file types they will be blocked by internal servers of Zoho, Just after they sign up, or better before, and highlight it in the help docs, it seems this has been a reoccurring issue for Zoho. Hi, We use Outlook 2016 to connect with our company Zoho Mail account. Email accounts are configured to use imappro.zoho.com with SSL as the incoming server and we have never has any issues. We want to push timer events from our page (video timings) to SalesIQ so we can view and track what users are doing on a page in more detail than just the URL. Cannot add a user (Already in another organization)
We are trying to add j.marrone@purplepass.com to our Zoho Campaign account but it's saying he is already part of another organization. He tried logging into a campaigns earlier today and it tried to make him setup a new company rather than log into our main campaigns account. Now when I try to add him as a user within our campaigns account, it says he's already part of another one. Can you please clear out j.marrone@purplepass.com from any organization.
Can't use "(" & ")" characters in contacts via webmail. Can use them via EAS/Exchange.
When creating or updating a contact via your web-mail interface, if a left or right parenthesis is used, a generic "Error occurred" message is displayed when trying to save the contact. The same contact can be created/updated via EAS/Exchange, using "(" & ")". The contact is visible and works via your webmail. But, if it is later edited via your webmail interface, the "(" & ")" have to be removed for it to be saved. I tested via both Outlook 2016 and Android 6.01 stock email app, connecting to "msync.zoho.com"

Hi, For a time now I've been trying to configure my DNS, SPF, CNAME, host, and everything to make my Wix mail server available. I used a method I found on a forum thread and it worked temporarily, now the message "Unable to connect to messaging server" appears. I'd be very thankful if you were able to indicate a method for the configuration of the mail server on Wix, the ones I've found are for GoDaddy or other servers but not for this one. Zoho CRM Eterprise subscriber I Have three POP3 addresses setup but the first address that I set up originally does not have the option to delete it.
