Old vs New Forecasts
Hello, I'm a long term user of Zoho forecasts in another company. I have just setup another company and wish to use the same views within forecasts that provided the Best case and Commit values in the forecast view - it seems this is no longer available and is only accessible via reports??? Hello From several days to now all my websites managed from dashboard (I mean here: https://sites.zoho.com/index) seems disappeared w/o notice (but all websites are online at this moment). sort order of mail merge documents
I created a view of my accounts and sorted them by account name. I select them all and perform a mail merge but the order of the documents produced is not the sort order of my view. Since I have to print mailing labels externally due to Zoho's current limitation, I now have to manually match up labels and documents. Can I get Zoho to produce the mail merge documents in the sort order of my view?

Determine which record was duplicated from On Success workflow
There is a duplicate button on reports and if you duplicate a record, the On Validate and On Success scripts of the form will run. How do I determine the record that was duplicated from within the On Validate and On Success? I'd like to determine the record that was duplicated because I am using subforms and then those subforms have subforms of their own. Activesync (EAS) not working properly on android mobile
I've read that this should be supported by Zoho. It's sorta works but will not sync when I delete email items on my computer in Outlook or the Zoho web mail. I see that it goes to the trash folder in Outlook and I see that it goes to the trash when logged into mail.zoho.com. But in the Android mail app (Gmail) it doesn't sync the trash folder and items deleted in Outlook on my PC remain in the inbox on my phone. The opposite appears to work: Items deleted on my phone sync back and shows up deleted

4600 error issue
I'm getting a 4600 error which I understand is due to improper API call syntax. But I've triple checked every character or my url strong and I cannot find what is amiss. I receive this error only when I try to run an api call for 'potentials' but not for other types, like 'leads'. I get a proper response when I use the exact same url (just switch out the id with a lead-id). Navigating to a page after deleting some records
Hi, I want to refresh a page after deleting a record in the embedded report. The delete option works fine in the report. But I have written openUrl("link_to_navigate","same window") in on Success of Delete action. But it is not working, after deletion the page is not refreshing. Hi Zoho, I have a form, stating term length in years (for example, 5). In the subform I have two fields: "End Of Year X" and "Amount". I'd like to have rows added to the number of the terms length. Presently when i use you apps through chrome, i have to keep an additional window open to allow me to transition between the apps, however on one of the screens before you enter an app there is a drop down menu with the other apps listed which allows for easy transition.
