Moving certain messages to a folder doesn't work

Hi, I am very surprised to see that all my emails prior to Jan 10 are missing. This also includes all emails in Sent Items. Only emails in ZMNotifications are still available. How do I apply a Square charge to existing customer invoice?
A customer has an estimate. They make an in person chip credit card payment through Square for the retaining invoice (20%) converted off the estimate. Zoho Docs Freezes the Browser
OS: Windows XP SP2 Browser: IE 7 After a continous use of Zoho docs for 10 mins, the web browser window freezes. Also, the menu and other navigation is also little slow. Can something be done to speed up these and address the freeze issues?

Terminating Report Execution Threads
Greetings Everyone, When loading a report, there is an execution timeout. I'm often working on reports/dashboards that are processing very large amounts of data and sometimes wish to terminate the executions rather than wait for the report to load (especially when I know it's going to timeout). Is there a way to manually kill the process execution? Closing the report or dashboard doesn't seem to do the trick and neither does refreshing the page. How do I import/update accounts but not the name?
I'm trying to move thousands of accounts from Salesforce into Zoho, but because the SF file is so massive I have to do it in phases. What I did first was import 2 million accounts with the Name, DUNS (custom unique field), address, owner, and Salesforce Record ID (custom unique field). That all worked, but now I need to add more details, so the Salesforce Record ID is the primary key, so my new report only has that, plus 10 other custom fields. However I can't import it as it says Account Name

So after seeking advice we are experimenting with multipe users and google sync to make our diary clearer. The problem at the moment is that only one user and we set up one way google sync crm to google and the results are that not all events are shown in google. i cannot see a logical reason at present. BACKUP: Not able to find option to restore older version of website or specific page

Emails from my ZOHO account undeliverable to Hotmail
I get the error below when trying to send email from my ZOHO email address to Hotmail addresses. I did this from within Outlook as a test to one of my own Hotmail addresses.
