Ca't find edit template
I can't find the edit templates any where. Zoho says to go to setting then select "templates" but no templates shows in the settings options. Very frustrating. Now if I hit the settings gear icon it brings up emails, there is no way around it. This mail app is full to brim with bugs, really not worth the time wasted to try and get it to function.

Possible to have One Shared Calendar within Zoho... e.g.: To book a meeting room?
Is it possible to have a shared calendar within Zoho without adding another user? Scenario Different users want to book a meeting room. They currently can only add to their own calendars. It makes sense to have one shared calendar so users can book the room and not have two meetings booked at same time. I'm aware that this can be done with gApps which is the workflow we use. It would be great if this is possible within Zoho as we could then push link the potential and pull in all the details automatically.

Hi, I am trying to automatically update my phone field in zoho CRM using the API. But I can not get the whole phone number updated. I have a catch-all set up so that I receive all mail to *@mydomain.com. Now, how do I respond with a custom email name? Do I have to set up a 'Add From Address' in 'Send Mail As' section of email settings for every account I want to send mail from? Time Zone problem - which to choose
Sorry for the seemingly dumb question. If I live in New York, which time zone should I choose if I live in NY? I am not seeing a choice for Eastern time that switches daylight savings time. Zoho Writer different Sections
When creating large documents, the one function I am really missing is to add different headers! This great little function for working with document chapters, so Section One is about Introduction. The Header has title Introduction and gets a blue text box, next section is about Etc. and gets a red text box. Each Section is still has its own headings but can you know chapter you need to find once you 300 page document is done! This will be really, really great addition to your product!
