It seems impossible to include Account Name in a report with Contacts and Campaigns!
I have setup a campaign in Zoho CRM and added contacts to it, that we will target. After modifying a field against each contact in the campaign, I now want to create a report to show Account Name, Contact details and status of the campaign field. But Zoho will only let me create a report with Account and Contacts or Campaigns and Contacts but not Accounts, Contacts and Campaign fields. How do I create a report that includes the Account Name as well as Contacts details in a Campaign Report??? Best
How to turn off (NOT MINIMIZE) chat?
Of late, I've been seeing these chat icons which are more annoying than helpful because they hide important elements like rows count in a table view and X-axis settings in chart view (see below example). Item IDs different in Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory
I have products synchronised between by X-Cart ECommerce platform and Zoho CRM. I am now planning to push Sales orders from X-Cart to Zoho Inventory. However, it appears that the product id allocated to a product in Zoho CRM seems different to the product id for the same product in Zoho Inventory. Hi, so I have been sending e-mails to someone I know is out of office, but I didn't get an auto-response, so at thirst I thought they just forgot to set one up. Send From Alias
I created an alas in Control Panel but did not designate it as the default (my main user name is my default). However, when I want to send an email from the alias, there is no drop down in the "From" field from which I can select the alias name. What have I overlooked. Thank you.
Link Not Showing In Embedded Calendar

Confirm submission option for stateful and stateless buttons
Changes to data that have large consequences should have 2-factor confirmation. It would be useful to have the option to enable a 'Confirm Change' for buttons in both stateful and stateless forms. The button editor could have a toggle to turn confirmation on/off along with a text box to configure a custom message that would display in the modal confirmation dialog presented to the end user. The modal dialog would have 2 buttons: OK and Cancel.

My usual request. As a service company with engineers on the road the office staff organise the appointments. It would be so great if the calendar was colour coded to make appointment type easier. Yes I know that we keep asking and the stock response is no plan and to use multiple accounts for different people. Does anybody have a better plan to aid appointment scheduling.

POP server not working?
I can't seem to retrieve or send mails from my mail client. Is there anything wrong with the pop servers? I've just added TFA and generated app specific password, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Gmail just says connection error.

Adding images in Campaigns
Hello, I have been experiencing a problem for many months now relating to Zoho Campaigns. When I try to add an image into the campaign builder it loads the image but then I have to drag it to the size I want it to be and this then distorts the image (although it appears normal on the screen) when the image has been sent. I have tried so many ways of resolving the issue such as resizing the image to the required size on photoshop before uploading it to Zoho, also tried not stretching out the image
