Not Receiving Emails from 1 Email Address
I have an email user that is not receiving email from 1 email address/domain. This includes both his main email address and alias. He can receive emails from other email address and domains. The email address/domain he cannot receive emails is successfully emails to other email addresses. He is able to send emails. We have whitelisted both the email address and domain with no luck. The sending email address is a no reply email. I see no blocks, messages, etc. The sender is an automated system
Content of Excel sheet pasted in zoho campaign does not retain it's format when sent to Gmail Account.
Hello, I have some data in one of my excel sheet. I copied and pasted in Zoho campaign and sent. My problem is that when I opened same campaign in my Gmail account, all the formatting .was gone. Even Border of my excel content was not visible in Gmail and because of this my content was not in tabular format and very difficult to read. Please help as this is very urgent.
Scheduling Prospect Calls - Daily Call List?
Hello, I've searched the help section and forum and can't seem to find the answer. How do you schedule multiple prospecting calls and have them show up on a report (tomorrow's calls, this weeks calls, etc.)? I've added a new task under the lead but it doesn't show up as a call when I look at the report. I've change the report view to "tomorrow" but the call isn't listed. In the end I want to view a daily list of prospecting calls. Thanks! Lyle

Hi, We give customers discount on every purchase they make. Some large dealers reveive 30% and some others only 5%. Can we fix this discount on customer level? User (submitter) on IOS app can only see 1 project.
I added a user that is a submitter: she needs to add her expenses and generate a report while away on work. The problem is she only sees 1 project which of course is not even the project she has to submit expenses for. Any idea why? Thanks.
Can I force analytics: expense by project even if not all expenses are reported and approved?
I want to keep an eye on expenses for projects are they are growing, even if they are just a running total estimate. However, I discovered I can only run analytics on submitted and approved reports. This means I have a bunch of expenses inserted into the system but not yet "reported' or submitted and therefore I am not able to see where the running total for a project is heading. It seems zoho still doesn't handle address fields in the deals module (only contact module). Add Email to a Potential?
My company uses Potential's as potential deals we are going to close. The deals can take months to close and require intensive back-and-forth with several people. We'd like to be able to send/receive emails via Outlook and add those emails to the Potential via the Outlook Plugin. Currently I see "Select Module" for Contact and Lead, but not for Potential. Mobile app signature missing after reset
I recently reset my mobile app to bring in changes I made to my signature via the desktop settings and now when I reply to a message, there is no signature at all. I reset it twice just to make sure, didn't work. Signature is gone.

Dear ZOHO, The Rich-Text fields gives me a lot of trouble. When I try to use the data of these fields, it depends on the browser whether or not line breaks <br> or </ br> are added to the field. This makes it currently undo able to use the content of this field in html-page views and the like. It seems that depending on the browser, creator adds <br> and/or <DIV> elements to the field or not. Chrome adds <DIV>, Firefox and Safari do not. I cannot tell what IE does because it will not show the RichText

Zoho CRM solutions not synched with Zoho reports
In Zoho API settings for snych of CRM with Reports (https://crm.zoho.eu/crm/ShowSetup.do?tab=webInteg&subTab=zohoApps&appname=reports) I cant find module "solutions". Is this due to our subscription (we have subscription professional for Zoho CRM and standard for reports) or is it not available at all? If not available at all, I understand that we need to do extend the synch by creating a job that fetches the solutions through CRM API (which is possible according to https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/modules-fields.html#Solutions)

I am having issues with the potentials module and field "stage" record not displaying the correct value, it is instead displaying a random number..... ie - 179798000028876089 etc. I contacted live chat who after explaining over and over iv tested to confirm its not a browser or user issue gave me a screen share. Nevin then tried to fix the issue by testing the issues on many different records within the live CRM!!!! all now with stage values that are not linked to any view and could be lost....
Administrator acount standard version and remaining free version
My organization is small, 5 sale and I'm a manager. I want upgrade my acount to standard version to make report and using Maine more feature But my sale is not necessary . So upgrade only my acount is possible ? And my sale still login and using free version! I think it is possible because Zoho CRM flexible for every business model
Error with ticket and/or user
I have one user that opened a ticket and for some reason it doesn't act like the others - I can't change the status. I thought it was a ticket error so I opened up another one for him, same issue. He has 2 "accounts" or whatever on the system side, so I'm wondering if someone can contact me directly so I can provide them with the information (ticket number, account, etc) and have them look into what is going on "behind the scenes" with this user and his tickets Thanks
Global email template
I am newly setting up my Zoho Desk. I'm up to looking at the email templates. If I want a consistent look and feel - eg: same header, footer, signature... do I have to change this in each and every individual template? Is there a global setting? Also, I am using departments. Even though my Desk responses to customers will all be from our one company name, do I really need to replicate the same email templates across all 4 departments that I've created? How can I streamline this process? Many thanks.

Hello Everyone, Im wondering has anyone found a solid technique to use all modules on a mail merge document ? I have the need to use related modules to the client in a merge document. For Example. The Client (Contacts) are related to modules such as : - Home & Investment Properties - Employment, Income & Outgoings - Non-Mortgage Loans Each of these have information that needs to be collated into one document and presented to the client to sign.

Out of interest, do you have a time frame for the release of this fantastic feature, specifically to the items & contacts ? Can it be made possible to retain or lock the selected fields for a particular user in any given module as that users preferred view choice ?

Recently downloaded Notebook for my iPad and iPhone. Whenever I type in a date or time, the app changes the text. Contact Module - Simple Name Search made a complex clumsy time waster
Who agrees with me that one of the main things that people want to do in the contacts module is search for someone? And that a 'someone' is a person (a human being) And that a person has a first and last name. So would it come as no surprise that perhaps one of the most common used feature is to search by first and last name?????
