Summary View and Read More option in Blog
I have "summary view" enabled in Blog Manager preferences, however I cannot see any option to add a "read more" link after typing 750 characters or more in a blog post. Behaviour in blog posting is the same whether or not "summary view" is checked. Where and how does the option to select a "read more" link appear? Thanks!
Notebook crashes every time.
Installed the app via the Mac App Store. It launched all right at first, then when it got to a screen trying to push me to two-factor authentication, both the skip link and the "not now" button did nothing. Eventually forced to hit "set up two factor authentication". The app immediately crashed. Every subsequent launch it crashes before bringing up the screen. Hello, I am trying to setup email for office1.com. I receive the error "* This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho" I have never registered my domain on Zoho. Subform dynamic lookup filter lost after creating a relationship with Main form

CRM contact identifier
Is it possible to add a category, or a tag, to a CRM contact so you can sort names by relevant interest and create an email list for marketing or invitations? We have a Zoho Creator list of email names and created a List to assign them to certain categories. We'd like to be able to do that in Zoho CRM so we don't have to create duplicate entries. Calculating number of days between two dates
Can this be done, perhaps as a custom function? If I subtract date2 from date1 I get a (large) integer, which suggests that dates are just integers under the hood. So there would be a way to do element date match. A good example might be to calculate accounts receivable aging...a fairly common sort of thing. Before I try to hack my way through this, is there a straightforward method or has someone written code they would be willing to share? Thanks!

Custom Function to Update Invoice "Contact Name" Field?
Hello, I have created hundreds of invoices in Zoho CRM (in the invoice module). The Invoices are assigned to an Account, but the "Contact Name" field was left blank. I need a way to update the Contact Name for all of my past invoices. Is there a Custom Function that I can create to automate this process? A function that will look up the Account Name for each Invoice, and populate the Contact Name field with the Contact assigned to that Account? Thank you. Any help would be appreciated!

Website sends automatic mails to users upon registration, for account validation, for password recovery etc. Recently I have change my mail server from local host to zoho. Password problem in Outlook
Hello, I recently came to the service and set up four email accounts. All were configured in Outlook and all worked until this morning. I checked one of the accounts and it will not accept the password which had not been changed. I tried changing the account password, however, Outlook will not accept it. I can sign in to the account via the web using the new password just fine. All of the other accounts in Outlook have continued to work - no issues. Again, all settings are the same for each account

Can I use domain level spam filtering with Zoho
Over the last few months the amount of spam email that mailboxes on my domain are receiving is increasing to unacceptable levels. The Zoho anti spam options seem totally ineffective, even though most can be filtered by a simple rule in Outlook to detect words in the email subject (yes the spam is that obvious - but Zoho just lets them through). Up until now, our inventory was handled by a 3rd party in a warehouse where we rented space. We are now bringing this process in-house, leasing our own warehouse, and fulfilling all of our own orders. We would like to use Zoho Inventory.
