Can no longer "send as" from Gmail
I have been sending email from my gmail account and can't now. What changed? I have gone in and modified all the settings in Gmail but I continue to get an error message. Can you look at my account in Zoho and see if the problem is associated with my forwarding? Zoho also stopped forwarding my email due to over storage limit.
Adding a rule to style
Hi Zoho, I have some parts of page that I'd like to show only to one user. Instead of using "if" every time on the page, I'd like to create a style. Data type conversion to e-mail fails
I have a regular table with a column data type:email, and a custom formula where I basically make an email from another column clickable and add a subject line with this formula: concat( "user_email",'?subject=Custom Subject Text') This works fine in the table view. When I click the link it opens a new message in outlook with the email and subject filled out. However when I clean up the table a little by creating a Query table, this column is converted into the data type 'Plain text'. If I go to
3rd Party Emails
We are able to send and receive emails between employees connected on Zoho. We are also able to send emails to 3rd party emails such as a gmail account, but we cannot receive emails from 3rd party accounts such as gmail. We are connected to our domain, jn-industries.com, through GoDaddy. We have connected it exactly how it says to do it by using CNAME and MX. What is the problem?
Help Setting Domain Keys and DKIM
I've following tutorial to set domain key for my zoho mail account, but I'm stuck in step 7 ("Click Start Authentication"). I'm using DNS Hosting from NameCheap.com, and after I check it with MX Toolbox it shows that the TXT record already exist in DNS. Even so, I still fail to start authentication process. Did I do something wrong ? Please help.

WEEKLY RECONCILIATION
I like to reconcile the checkbook weekly but not finalize it. (I am used to QuickBooks) Going in whenever time allows to see where we are at in the checking account. Is there any way to change the balance without deleting all that I have done or do I have to reconcile it fully each time?
Showing status of cases (open, close, etc) in comment section of case
Cases are very important and records a lot of important information. I would like to see (on the actual case) anytime someone opens, closes, or changes the rating/status of the ticket. Can you please add this?

When I try to delete emails, I get this message: "Error while deleting messages (No such primary key)" Also, When use Thunderbird for my account, I see no messages in any of the folders. Something must be broke somewhere.

Forwarding elsewhere for archiving purposes.
Is it currently permissible to forward all of my Zoho mail to a gmail account for archiving, and continue to use Zoho for normal mail access? (I did this a couple years ago and received a warning letter from Zoho.) This would let me keep all of my mail without using up my Zoho gigabytes.

Books & Crm - Mind Boggler
So we use Books & CRM, and I'd like to send an email to all of my customers. Can I see get a list of my customers in CRM? Customer is someone that has paid an invoice. Um, no, I can't. If I pull up an account, I can see their paid zoho books invoice. But I cannot write a report or query in Zoho CRM to display accounts or contacts based on what they have done in Zoho Books. So I just started a shopify store and purchased a custom domain. I have begun the process of setting up my zoho mail but am having the following issues: a) cannot seem to setup SPF framework. DKIM - godaddy will not save title with dot domain
GoDaddy keeps truncating domain part of the name zoho requests to be used. ie: zoho requires zkykler._domainkey.example.com as name but godaddy removes the '.example.com' when saved...so verification fails.
Mixture of number of columns in a form

Custom URL not working
Hi, I have registered for custom URL and have created CNAME pointing to business.zoho.com in Godaddy as per the instructions. It worked fine till yesterday. Since morning we are getting the following error. mail.pracs.in’s server DNS address could not be found. Price levels per account (customer accounts)
I recommend that besides price books that are assigned to specific products, you can be able to create a price level tables and assign a specific level of discount to a customer. ie, customer A has a 10% discount across the board and customer B has a 15.5% discount across the board.
