mail module not working (crm module not the separate stand alone app)
i am setting up mail (internal crm module) to copy any emails sent to contacts, but i do not see the module show up in the menu at the top, the separate zoho mail app is working fine. I have enabled imap (i'm using gmail until our domain one is set up). Help

I have recently setup my RingCentral account with both Zoho CRM and Recruit. I have noticed that the business card view does not display when calling or receiving a call from a record in either application - WHEN, the formatting of the phone numbers does not align perfectly. Whereas there might be dashes between a listed phone number in ZOHO (e.g. xxx-xxx-xxxx), if the caller ID from the RingCentral system does not include that formatting (even with the same number), the zoho integration does not

integrating zoho books with crm
When I try to integrate my zoho books with crm etc I get this message "this zoho crm account is already integrated with another organization. so, the integration cannot be enabled." I have only one organization... so how could that be? Also when I want to set integration up in zoho books, I read the help file and it instructs me to get the ZSC code and enter it into the "Configure Zoho Books" tab on the Apps and Add ons page, but there is no zoho books when I go there, only zoho projects and so

Hi, I am trying to send an invoice via https://invoice.zoho.com/api/v3/invoices?send=true&authtoken=xxxxxxxxxx (xxxxxxxxxx is my authtoken) with some JSONString. IN response, I get the invoiceId as :4373120000000***** When I GET query: https://invoice.zoho.com/api/v3/invoices/4373120000000*****/email?authtoken=*********** The response I get has a field: "subject": "Invoice - INV-000008 from RecurPay", which means the subject is clearly set. Why doesnt the email get sent then?

Custom Field Not Copying Over Info to New Contact
I added a new contact to an existing account and noticed that the information in the custom fields on the address section was not carried over. How to export to Excel without the Account ID column?
When I export to Excel, I have two issues: 1) It seems to export in an older format and Excel prompts me to convert the file. How to change "sender" on email
I want my actual email address to appear as sender -- ex. Bob@BigCompany.com. But instead, when I send emails, the sender appears as the individual sending the email -- ex. Bob Smith. How do I fix this? Thank you.

Hi there, My website is on squarespace - called www.popseanart.com I registered it originally through Godaddy which is where I needed to change the MX records (which I have). It seems that I can send email from Zoho under my test address "mayumi@popseanart.com" but I can't send emails to this address without getting a mail delivery return. What have I done wrong? i tried sending some frinds holiday wishes by Bcc them and i keep getting a message saying my outgoing email has been blocked. Can someone please fix this. I don't send spam and you should be able to bcc a few people once in awhile. If there is a limit on how any people you can email i would like to know what it is. New emails not appearing in 'inbox' view but visible in 'unread' view.
One of my user email accounts is experiencing an issue where any new emails received are not showing up in the 'inbox' view in the Zoho Mail web client. I instructed the user to use the 'unread' view which appears to show all new emails. This started to happen from 30 November. How can I get the user to view new emails in the 'inbox' view?
Ability to drag attachements from emails straight into Zoho Creator
Currently, if I want to import an attachment from an email into Zoho I have to download it from the email onto my computer, then upload it into a Zoho Creator file upload field. It would be great if you could click and drag the document straight into the file upload field. For similar example, within Gmail you can click and drag an attachment from an email straight into a folder in Windows File Explorer.

New to Zoho - Spam filtering seems to be awful?
