can i map a custom field to a standard field
There is a standard field called department in contacts module I have tried to map a custom field I created in the leads module as this field was not there. Unfortunately, it won't let me map the two fields doesn't show up in the drop down list, i had tried to ask this question to Daisy our account manager but she does not know. I am not sure if there is an issue or that you cannot map custom fields to certain standard fields? Thanks for your input. Help
WebForm for Wordpress not working.
I have created a simple webform to embed on my Wordpress site. I have taken the code and put into wordpress. The page looks ok and I am able to enter the info. But after that I have many functional problems: 1) After entering data in fields and pressing Submit it does something but returns to the same page. I have put in the new landing page for submit in CRM but it does not do it?` 2) The information captured does not show up in CRM... so not sure if the integration works? Trial Version Creator
Hi I just accessed Zoho Creator and I wanted to take advantage of the Trial (which will be far too short; I know that alreay). To start with, I added the Project Tracker app and I wanted to edit it, obviously. But it tells me that I am not allowed to do so (access denied or something). What gives? Are these pre-made apps not available for editing? Thanks.
Unable to receive emails
Hi, Recently created an email account using my domain (asia-cap.com) with godaddy.com. I am able to send email but am not receiving any emails. Have done the correct changes in MX records & also sent you an email on your support email ID. (BTW, is there any .DOT to be given after mx.zoho.com.?) I tried to get help via Chat and nobody seems to be covering Europe :-/ I can not print to PDF! I picked a quote and for newly created account I do not get address printed into PDF?!? Hello, I have created a satisfaction survey for my clients. However, I do not want just anyone to be able to access this. Is it possible to lock people out of the survey? Example, is there a way where a client must enter their email address to access the survey? If so, please let me know how to do it. Export Notes - Parent
Hello, For some of our users, they have found it easier to enter in conversation or call notes within module 'Notes' versus logging a call. I am putting together reports that display all of the activity from the current week. This will need to include all activity types and Notes. When working in the 'Report' module, you cannot add in a Parent or Related field for Notes. However, if I went into Setup > Data Admin > Export to export the notes, it will display all of our recorded notes and a 'Parent'

Hi! I am looking to reduce clutter with my leads & potentials. Is there any way to archive "junk" leads, "closed" or "won" potentials? I have created custom views to exclude these but is there another way to deal with this that I am missing? Like archiving the info? Zoho Outlook plugin only Syncing Name/Number/Email
Hello, I've recently added the Zoho Outlook plugin, and upon attempts to sync the contacts, the only fields that are coming over into Zoho from Outlook at the names, phone numbers, and email addresses. None of the other fields in Outlook are transferring into the new Zoho contacts. It is a bit of a pain to update new contacts into Outlook, sync them, only to then have to go into Zoho and type in most of their information again. Is there a way for the plugin to handle this? Worls great with Chrome, but I believe that is because of the plugin. Where is the Internet Explorer Plugin (11.00)?
