ZOHO Can't Seem to Master Filtering Spam - But It Can Keep Putting GOOD Emails In My Spam Folder?
I just don't get it. I've embarked on a mission to cut down on spam by using the Org Settings and blacklisting all domains that keep spamming us. The biggest offenders are those that contain ".download" or ".top" or ".com.br" and I seriously doubt any mail from such domains is ever legitimate wanted email. I tried to see how many domains I'm now blocking and after hitting the "right arrow" to get to the end of my blocked list a bunch of times, I got an error "Unusual activity detected from this IP.
See mail send timestamp in addition to or rather than receive timestamp
Dear Zoho, I would like to know how if it is possible to see the mail sending timestamp rather than the receive date. In zoho mail interface I see the receival timestamp, while in gmail the sending timestamp (I have tried comparing mail received by the same zoho account, configured in gmail and zoho; see attached screenshots). I am trying to set up access via Outlook on MAP so I can view my emails and I have tried using POP and IMAP and I get the same error each time. The details log in fine on the Zoho website but I am unable to access emails via Outlook or via Mail client on MAC. I have searched the forum for this alert message and am yet to find a solution. Zapier integration - find contacts by client name
Right now it is possible to create a trigger in Zapier for when a new client is added, and it is possible to search for contacts by email address. What I am trying to do is lookup a contact or set of contacts by the client name that they are associated with, rather than by email address. This is because the emails of associated contacts are not brought in with the client, so they need to be searched. Hello, I am still new on using Zoho subscriptions and haven't gone live yet. This is my understanding that the display name is the name shown on the invoices so it seems to me important to display the person's correct name. Unfortunately, we cannot have 2 customers with the same display name, so how can I show the customers' accurate names if they have the exact same name? E-mail addresses are unique so I can make sure the customers aren't doubles, but I don't want to display their e-mail address
Custom icon for Zoho Creator app when accessed from iOS
I have an application that I'd like users to be able to access on the iPhone (via the Creator app). That works find if they load the Zoho Creator app and then select the application, but what I really want is a simple way to install my app so that it has its own icon/shortcut. I'm sure it will have to access the Zoho Creator app behind the scenes, but I don't want the user to have to remember that "Zoho Creator" is how they get to my app. It's a confusing extra step. Is there a way to do this?
Setting the height of a multi select list
Is it possible to set the height of a multi-select, lookup field on a form? I tried the instructions here (https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/fields/setting-field-width-and-height.html) to no avail. Hi there, Several users in our domain keep getting a message that their email account storage limit is about to be reached. For instance, my own email account has only 91 emails and storage details show as follow: Folder 1% This account 97% Assigned 5 GB I could even delete all my emails and in a few days I'll get the warning message. We quite often see.... We've made some changes to Zoho Books while you were working on it. Complete your tasks and reload. I would be really interested to know what these changes are, in case I'm missing out on some sort of new feature, even if it is something really minor! Some links broken after domain mapping
We recently setup domain mapping but now html links using the old address format, https://support.zoho.com/portal/<company>/helpcenter/articles/<article name>, now end up at a security error page. I've gone through and updated the obvious links to use the new mapped format, https://support.<company>.com/portal/helpcenter/articles/<article name>. How long does it take for an account upgrade to become effective? I can see the enterprise plan as 'opted' under my account but cannot yet see the associated features (e.g. subtasks, multiple projects).
