Problem with Email Server
Hey, what’s the problem with your sever today? My email is not refreshing automatically. Not only that getting message like attachment after few second. And there is no problem with my internet connection. Its fine, working great. Having problem with your site only. I am a paid user. So I need this solved or need my money refunded. Constant Contact / HTML Formatted Email
Hello, We have an issue with certain HTML-formatted emails received into Zoho Webmail. In this case, emails are from Constant Contact mail marketing are not displaying correctly. They display perfectly in Gmail, but in Zoho there are artifacts, transformations, and layout flaws. Our biggest concern is the malformed links near the header and footer. They don't display as a link and instead show as a plain string of the link href value. I've attached a Gmail and Zoho print of the rendered message.
BCC Dropbox intermittent failure
Hi, I use BCC to Dropbox with pretty much every email I send to an external contact. What I have discovered is that the email I sent sometimes shows up in the contact's record and sometimes it doesn't. I can see no reason for this and I do not believe it is 'operator error'. I used to trust Zoho implicitly to do this and then discovered that it doesn't so now I don't trust the system. Creating product bundles in CRM

Images Random Sizes on Mobile Site
I'm having an issue with images being a different size on the mobile site than the desktop site. This one page has video game cover art that's all the exact same size on the desktop site but some are smaller than others on the mobile site (see attached image). I'm guessing this must be a glitch.
All data gone
I hadn't logged into Zoho for a long while. Now I did, and all the data we had entered (Contacts, Companies, Leads) is gone. It looks like I never used Zoho before - everything is empty. I looked for any emails from Zoho warning me of changes in my subscription, but couldn't find anything. We have an account with three users. Has our account been cancelled without warning?
Report using custom modules and lookup field
I have a custom Module Patients with a lookup field for Provider Name which links to the custom Provider module. When I run a report showing all Patients with their Provider Name and Address, the Provider Name is incorrect. Instead of Provider Name it shows Patient Name again. Any ideas on how to get this report to work?
White List in Spam Control
I wrote this suggestion some long time back but it hasn't yet been implemented despite assurance it would be. My understanding is that there's the regular spam filter in Zoho Mail and there's also the Spam Control tab in the Control Panel that has separate settings for SPF DKIM, DNSBLE etc. And I believe one happens before the other, but I can't recall which is which or the impact of that. My issue is that when I White List someone in Spam Control they should simply be forever white-listed. But

Hi, I've been reading through the API documentation and have created a subscription code that works as expected when running from a terminal. I am having issues figuring out how to incorporate this code into WordPress. I imagine that I need to create a form page that collects the required data and then when I submit, it would use the form data to submit through the curl. Charts and Graphs not forming after a certain date
I've created an application, regarding booking and collection in taxi services, I generated some reports too, but after a certain date i.e. 13th October the charts and graphs stopped taking data from the reports. Android App Crashing After Logging In
I cannot get thru to the CRM at all after logging on to the APP? Comes up unfortunately Zoho CRM has stopped. Fist time it crashed was when it came up loading data, now as soon as the app is opened it crashes.

However, I accidentally went into my company Zoho account to the home page, selected "All Apps" at the bottom and then set up a Campaigns account by mistake. I was trying to access our company Campaign area but was not linked to it yet. Formatting is wrong in Automation
