Can't get CalDAV to work with Mac

Resubmitting due to mail ID typo and error. I registered my Zoho Mail account a few days ago, and while the configurations were correct and I was able to send and receive e-mails, it stopped working shortly thereafter. I have been corresponding with a client today. Suddenly my replies are not allowed through. I am unclear on how to resolve the issue. The error text is captured below. INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. sender163-mail.zoho.com [74.201.84.163]:21463 is not permitted to relay through this server without authentication. I am happy to change any settings,but am unclear why this suddenly stopped working today.

Invalid pattern Issue with Valid Emails
Dear All I am using Zoho campaign account from last one year. I have tried to import my three different lists into my account. Only 32 contacts from my 2300 contacts added while all other were tagged with invalid pattern. This situation is frustrating for me and I need to add my valid contacts. Email address already exists
Hi, In the past I have had a signups@itzen.com.au email address. I removed it a few months ago and would now like to set it up again. When I go to add signups as an alias to an account I get the error "Alias Email Id already exists". I have used the search to confirm this account/alias doesn't already exist, and I have also opened each account manually and checked all the aliases to confirm this. It looks like signups@itzen.com.au is still tied to one of my accounts, even though it doesn't show up
Sync not working - Bank Feeds
Hi Guys, I have spent the best part of a weekend setting up zoho books with all my clients and transactions etc I have set up my bank Natwest UK - and the first few days the software was working fine (1st oct). I can't send email from ZohoCRM
I'm setting up our company's ZohoCRM account and am having trouble sending email to contacts/leads from within the CRM. I tested it a few days ago and was able to send a few messages. After adding IMAP so that I could sync my work gmail account, I started getting an error when I hit send. The IMAP syncing is working, as I can see all emails I've sent or received in gmail in the CRM, I just can't send emails from the CRM. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
Old Professional vs New Professional vs Enterprise
We are currently using the Old Professional version of zoho crm and have 39 users. We had 40 users recently during our CRM Plus trial and when we tried to add a new user our system said that we could not have more than 40 users. What is the user limit for the Old Professional version? What is the user limit for the New Professional version? Also, we are unable to add anymore pick list fields to our system. Creating tasks with custom fields?
I spoke to the sales team before making the purchase of Zoho about creating customs tasks for follow ups and was assured I could based on custom list views. Shopify sync not importing images / reverse Sync as need to update SKUs

Activesync no longer working
Activesync on my mail account has stopped working. I have checked it is enabled for my account in the control panel. Domain from Go Dady
Hi I have a Domain from Go Daddy I want to connect to my zoho site page. I can't seem to get it to link. It was previously working. My Cal won't show events via my web page
I have sync to my Zoho CRM cal and I can preview it on the details page and see my events, however when I embed the HTLM in my webpage it only show the cal and no events.and reads " not available for public view" I have tried ever combination. Can any help? Thanks

Error in total hours in Export Timesheet
Hi ! For example, If you have 138:55 total hours in an Export Timesheet (see attachment), hours to calculate is not 138.91 (or 138.92 according to the rounding) but 138.83, as if Zoho saw 138:55 as 138:50 by rounding to the lower ten minute. In this case, 5 minutes are lost. Can you fix this? Regards.

Hi, is it possible to have a tooltip per field for help users ? If not (yet) is it possible to have a tooltip on multi-select (ie: press CTRL + clic to select more values) fields because it's not very obvious to use this kind of field.
