How Do I Populate a Notes Field with Iterated or List Values?
I have two tables: Locations CustomerContacts (there are many customer contacts for each location) In a third form, I would like to show all of the CustomerContacts in a "note" field once a Location is selected. I understand how to use the for each and iterate through the CustomerContacts, but I cannot seem to get it to list, or show all of them. How can I do this? Thanks!
passing a variable to a wordpress embedded form
Hello. I am stuck. I use 'WP Estore' and WP Emember to manage my store functionality. I want to pass the sign-in email to a Zoho embedded form on my Wordpress site. I've searched these forums, and found a few that are very similar, but not enough for me to figure out how to pull the variable from Wordpress to Zoho. semi-automatic workflow
Hi guys, I'm an entertainer, and I sell timeslots for shows. I have a webform in my website that captures potential bookings and puts them in the CRM. I'd like to trigger a workflow in CRM that will send them a confirmation of booking, and afterwards a pre-show check up email etc., but I want to do it so that I have to authorise the workflow first, either through a manual authorisation or similar. How do I change the From name on outgoing emails
The From name on outgoing emails seems to be my user account name which is my personal name. I want it to be the name of the organization, but I can't find any way to change it to that. Help, please!
Easier way to mass transfer leads?
Is there a way to mass transfer all leads from one account to another? I already tried the "Mass transfer leads" but I have over 10,000 leads which need to be transferred... I can´t see myself clicking 10,000 tiny boxes to be honest with you. Is there an easier way?
Fields not transferring after Conversion.
When I am converting leads to contacts, it is not transferring all of the information to the contact card. Why is this happening and how can I get around it? For example, I just put a lead in this morning, filled out all his information with address, phone number, all the custom fields I created for our business, and the ONLY things that transferred to his contact card was Name, phone number and email address. 3 Tier customer account hierachy possible?
From customer perspective (not Zoho users) - I see that we can associate an account with a parent. But what about sister companies that have branch locations with different addresses under parent? So 3 tiers? I can only find reference to parent company and using a pick list custom field. Use case - 1st tier franchise as uber parent, 2nd tier geographic companies independently owned but associated w/parent, 3rd tier multiple branch offices and their addresses. i.e. real estate companies or retail

Hello, When I converte quote into invoies, that means my contact paid for the product, revenue doesn't show up on the associated account/contact. Hi, I have in one of the forms start time and it saves it in the DB, MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS then in the reports you have an Add Time when the user finish and submit the report automatically saved by the system with the same format MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS. I'm trying to make a report where it takes form start (MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS) - finished form (MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS) = time spent (HH:MM:SS) I can't figure out how. Created new group mail but it automatically deleted one existing user account
Today i have created a new zoho Group mail and added 2 existing members. Made group access level as Group Members and then changed to public. Send a test mail to the group mail. But one of the group member was automatically deleted from user account. I couldnt find this user in the email accounts list. Then i have the same email account but old mails were not present. Maximum fields in a stateless form
Hi I'm doing a booking system for the theatre company that I work for, and the tech section is quite substantial (100+ fields). I've split this up into several forms, but would like to enter the data into one big form (much easier for me) I've got the stateless form working, so that it updates a number of different reports, Do the limits on the maximum number of fields apply to stateless forms, or just to the reports that they're pointing at?
