So as zoho mail has started loosing us money this month with its inability to email certain clients like BT and Talk 21, added to the inability to get it fixed i wondered what email clients people used and why. Its time for a change so ideas please that play nicely with zoho crm
email not populating
Hi just noticed that within the CRM our emails from customers and to them are no longer showing under the customers details. Email section is there but empty. More email weirdness from Zoho
Search by last contact by phone date?
I recently switched from ACT to Zoho and I miss the ease of searching by last reach, last attempt... Is there a way to search by the last time I reached by phone or tried to reach and left a voice message? Thank you, Mike
URGENT: my account has been de-activated
I've had to create a new zoho account in order to access this forum. About 18 hours ago our account support@shopping2do.com became inactive with no explanation. We immediately sent an urgent support email as soon as we discovered this but have yet to receive a reply, let alone a solution. This email has all our current customer support enquiries, and unlike ZOHO, apparently, we respond in a timely manner. This is a disaster for us and needs to be fixed immediately and the emails restored.
Import Data
Is there any way for a non admin user to import a mass amount of data into a table in creator? The import data that the admins can access works perfectly. However we'd like this function to be usable by a non admin user. The Zoho Migration tool seems like it could be an option, but I get an error when trying to install that on our machines saying that the software is incompatible with the operating system. E-mailing doesn't seem like an option, from what I can tell that only works on I row of data

retrieving gmail account password
I set up zoho to retrieve my gmail messages. I can get those messages from zoho. I tried to login directly to gmail but it didn't accept the password I typed. Since it's been years I didn't access it directly, it's possible that I typed in a wrong password. When I clicked on 'I forgot my password' the only option I have is to have the info sent to an old email address. But that address was deleted a long time ago. Export overdue invoices by client
I am trying to export all of the overdue invoices for one of my clients. I have looked through all the reporting features and all other areas of Zoho Invoice and cannot find a way to do this. I would like to export a summary of all outstanding, unpaid invoices, their amounts, their due dates, how many days past due, etc, just for this one selected client.

Hello I have installed "Lead score" extension but when I want to launch "score criteria builder" from crm menu it says : Insufficient Privileges for the modules Lead Score Leads and I am admin in zoho crm !! I am contemplating adding a feature to my app that will take from 2-8 time entries and add them up. It is important to note that the times entered are not calendar-related but rather, units of duration in the format "h:nn" What I'm looking at is either a form to store the data entries or perhaps I'll just use an unbound form to perform ad-hoc calculations (addition) of multiple time durations. Can you remove the space between the message and the footer of an email? The additional space makes it more difficult for users to unsubscribe.

ZB: Sales Order list view by filters
Currently the filters are not applicable to our daily process: We would like to view all open (partially paid, draft, open, overdue) Sales Orders and filtered also by dates and customer. We have several with each customer and reducing our workflow time culling thru EVERY sales order then sorting by customer would help us also reduce errors. Using the report "Sales by Customer" also does not work because it ONLY provides invoice count (useless to us). We work solely from Sales Orders. Thank you
Data is inaccurate
Just started a trial of Motivator, looks great but the data is wrong. I've set a simple test behavior of a Call record that has a duration that isn't empty, worth 2 points. In the CRM, I make a record like this, and in Motivator it shows that I have 2 points. So far so good. But then if I close Motivator and come back later, it shows that I only have 1 point?? Then if I delete the record from the CRM and check Motivator again, it shows that I have negative 1 points?? Why do the point totals go out
how to forward zoho email to multiple zoho email users
Hi, I have a questions on email forwarding. I set up an email users, and I want all the emails sent to this user to be forwarded to 5 other users. I was able to set up 3 accounts for this email forwarding, but was not able to add more. The option to add more emails disappeared after I did 3. Does Zoho allow email forwarding to multiple users? Cname Codes
Hi, the cname codes for my account have accidentally been removed from godaddy. However, zoo is still showing it as verified. Is there a delay between the 2 systems? Unfortunately, I can't see the codes in zoho as I believe they are only showed when unverified. Could you please help me identify what the codes are? Thanks, Chris

delay in mail coming into outlook
we are receiving emails on my this (prem@avanttax.com) email ID very late on my computer which we access it under cloud(outlook). Some time almost an hour late. Ring Central Integration - Beginning of a Solution?
I know there is another post trying to convince Zoho to integrate with RingCentral. (Please, Zoho...please...) In the mean time, can someone use the following information to create a temporary fix?
