How to access other Zoho services directly in the new UI
Dear Zoho Team, In the previous version of the mail UI there was a vertical bar with applications links, where we could add our own applications. All users used this feature and were happy. Now it's gone. And nobody knows how to access CRM, Support, Creator, Projects. There are NO links anywhere. You have an application list at the top left, where users can click and choose app. But there are two problems: 1. Too many apps. Actually, all apps are listed, while we use 3-4, for example. Hi Has anybody tried to "migrate their tasks/notes" yet? If so, successfully? When I decided to take the plunge I get the message "Please contact Zoho Support". Error or what? Buttons are not displayed on Handy Browser
I recently added some buttons with underlaying macros on an entry page of my workbook. Looks great, work great. But after a while I discovered that my iPhone 6 is not able to display that page correctly, all buttons disappeared, only some pictures and texts are visible. I tried Safari, Opera Coast and Mercury, all same result.

Hi Guys I have a question, I have built a simple application to collect information on my customer and the product they wish to purchase. The idea is to meet with them and walk them through the interface collecting data about them, their order needs and some other personal data. I like to review my Activities for the day and then decide how to tackle them. Thus, would like to be able to manually sort the order they show (ie drag and drop). Is this possible? Multi-Select to fetch prices and apply them to a total.
Okay let me try and explain this the best I can. So currently i have a product table with all my products name and prices. I have also set up a Order form for when orders come in. On the orders form i have a multiselect box so i can select all the products the customer has ordered. Is it possible for when i select the products it pulls the prices and applies them to the total. Example if i select product 1 (£10) and product 5 (£2) from the multi select the total would be £12 on my order form etc.

Zoho mail showing 2 sent messages
Using the outlook app from microsoft with zoho via exchange protocol, and using mail app on windows 10 with zoho exchange protocol, all messages are showing as being sent twice, but they are only sent once. Can this be rectified please? Thanks

We are looking at potentially purchasing ZOHO. However one of the things we want is to have all users (approximately 18) have access and report off all open tasks and projects. Would the only way to do this is make everyone an Admin?
Project Events not updating in Google Calendar
Hi everyone, I had set up my Google calendar so I can see my Project events. It was working fine until today when it stopped synching. I have logged out and in of both Zoho and Google. add log time not working properly on firefox
Hi, before last update, with firefox I could do this: open a task go to the time log tab add as many log time as I wanted by clicking on the blue button 'add log time' After the update: - If I open the task with chrome, I can still add as many log as I want - If I open the task with firefox, I click on the blue button but nothing happens. Can you replicate it?

Saving new Potentials
I cannot save new potentials in either the old or new versions today. I get a "loading" screen once I try to save in the old version that never moves on. In the new version, it just will not move past the save screen on the new potential.

Sorting Issues
We have a new user on our ZOHO and when they click the A-Z tab it takes them to the A page - but this page is then out of order - as its the B page etc. How can we sort the accounts to be in alphabetic order. We have looked everywhere.

HI, we use accounts as the "customer buying organization" . Often it can be that a customer (or account) is not interested today , but become interested in a year or two after they have matured . In meantime Accounts paige looks cluttered with inactive customers ... . CNAME Question - New User
When I create CNAME in my DNS provider' profile and set it to ZOHO Mail, would it route only emails to ZOHO or my web site as well? I have a web site on a server which works pretty well, but I need to migrate my email elsewhere - how could I do it without moving my web site anywhere from where it is now? I can view modified leads but lead that were added a note won't appear in the result and I need to see what my team did today all the activities.
