exclude email list
I have sent many campaigns before and and always been able to exclude addresses off a different mailing list. Such as send a campaign to mailing list A but exclude anyone that is on mailing list B. I can no longer select a mailing list to exclude and can only select a previous campaign. Is it possible to go back to how it was before?

No matter what I've done, still unable to connect Zoho to Gmail via imap or pop and this error occurs: [AUTH] Web login required: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/78754 Since none of my other apps that are connected to Gmail have this problem, logic points to a problem with Zoho. I have checked ports, passwords, 2-step authentication, allowed less secure apps access, and nothing is working. Please advise. Thank you.
Zoho Calendar (subscribed calendar) to Zoho Mail iOS calendar
I have two iCalendar (webcal) calendars I subscribe to in Zoho Calendar, after getting the latest iOS update the calendar events are not showing up in the iOS app (they flash briefly then disappear from the daily agenda that displays below the calendar. Not sure if this is an issue with the Zoho mail iOS app? Thanks!

Mail Rate Exceeded Limit
**URGENT REQUEST** I did a mail merge to send out an inquiry to 199 employees and contractors and received this error. Hello guys , I am unable to create an Alias(super admin ac) under a name that has been earlier used as a group email . I am getting the error message " xyz@domain.com cannot be aliased to user account, it can only be added to group." . I have already deleted the group. My Second problem is related to an auto created alias id : random.number@NewlyVerifiedDomain.com . I suppose this random id comes from when i deleted xyz@OldSubDomain.com , so xyz@OldSubDomain was assigned to random.number@NewlyVerifiedDomain.com

HTML edit mode of Dashboard view stripping out Style tags
Good morning, My organization uses hand-written HTML tables with style (because Zoho dashboards only support two columns, making them useless for production reports). Recently, the "html" edit mode of the Dashboards editor has started stripping out style tags, which prevents our table formatting from working correctly. Can we have the use of style tags restored?

Possible Bug In Zoho Mail App 2.0 - Reply from notification screen
Hey Guys, Congrats on Mail app 2.0! I noticed that when I swipe to an email message from the notification screen on my iPhone and click "reply", the sender field is blank and subject becomes "null". However, when I access through the app and tap "reply", all the information is properly displayed. Thought this might help you. Thanks, Chad

Hello. I tried the HTML domain verification, but when I hit the Verify button on the resulting page, the web page hung and did nothing. For that reason, I don't want to use Zoho's services. I've looked through the forums and found several ways of deleting my fledgling account, but all of them seem to assume that the domain has been verified. How can I delete my account without adding a domain? Thank you.

I just spent a couple hours trying to figure this out myself, then another hour with chat support trying to figure this out. Outlook 2010 32 bit - Unable to install add-in

Cannot save changes to appointment
Title says it all. Using New web interface and new or changed events won't save. No error is generated. No pop-up comes up, it just flat out doesn't work..... Switched to old interface and it worked just fine. What is going on?
Emails from certains ip addresses are bouncing back
Our main supplier's emails are bouncing back to them. Their IP addresses are as follows: 88.208.247.32 88.208.246.71 We haven't received emails from them for the past week. Can you look into this and find out why only these ip addresses are not coming through to us? Thanks
Time-triggered Workflow with more than 99 days before
Hi, I'm new to zoho, for now we use Salesforce, but we would like to change. My biggest problem now is the time-triggered workflow minus 99 days maximum. In my industrie (mortgage broker) we need to start contacting our client/leads 6 months before the renewal date. I want the workflow to create a task for my booking team like 5 month before renewal date. Have you idéa for a work-around? Thanks
Multiple accounts not downloading email on app
I have multiple accounts configured on my id on Zoho. There are 3 on one domain and the 4th is on a different domain. I am not able to download the emails for all of them on iOS or Android app unless I log onto the desktop on the main account. Once the mails are downloaded there, they show up on the mobile app's also. Please help!
Sync all emails generated in Books with gmail.

About 4 days ago login to Zoho stopped working from Safari. the login screen refreshes repeatedly every few seconds making it impossible to login. If I enable auto-fill then I get an error "Please reload the page and try again".

We are systems solution company and our solutions usually comprise of different systems in one quote. The way Zoho quote module displays the products is simple one liners. Customers will not appreciate ungrouped line items and will get confuse. I want to have product section to allow grouping as in attached picture. Is this possible or not?

Is there a way to customize invoices to include additional fields to track sales related information? I would like to include a field to track the salesperson for each invoice. Also to be able to create a sales report by salesperson. Problems syncing calendar to Thunderbird.
I’m following the instructions in this User Guide, but none of my calendars appear to be syncing. Thunderbird asks for my Zoho login credentials upon startup, and yet no events show up. I tried adding an event, but it does not sync back to Zoho either. Help with this would be greatly appreciated. Edit: I solved the issue – I missed this important bit in the instructions: To support multiple calendars for your account: Go to Settings page of your Zoho Calendar. Click Sync on the left-side menu bar.

Search and Sort by Multiple Lookups
We are a community college. I have one report for instructors and one report for course schedule. I want to create a Course_Schedule_Search form that allows the user to pick an instructor from a lookup field and, in a multi-select lookup field, show only those courses in course schedule that the selected instructor is teaching.
