Search and Sort by Multiple Lookups
We are a community college. I have one report for instructors and one report for course schedule. I want to create a Course_Schedule_Search form that allows the user to pick an instructor from a lookup field and, in a multi-select lookup field, show only those courses in course schedule that the selected instructor is teaching. However, I'm having trouble with the "on user input" code. I keep getting an error, and I think it relates to the ID. Here is my "on user input" code for Find_Instructor

Difference between sharing to individual/groups and on role level
I am a bit confused as to what the difference is between sharing forms and reports in an application to individual users or groups compared to giving access to users based on the roles set in Users & Profiles. For my specific applications, under the Share menu, I have set the entire application unshared. Alternatively, you can also use the default functionality of Zoho Creator to view and edit individual record using its record ID. Date Validation between two date fields
Do you have an example of date fields validation? I have two date fields (from, to). I would like to check if the date in FROM field is earlier of the To field then it's ok...If the date is after or same to To field then give an error message. I know how to do it in javascript but I do not know if it is possible to do it here.

Request: Chrome Extension: send with Zoho Mail or save to Zoho inbox
So I've been shifting my email over from a couple Gmail accounts into 1 Zoho Mail account over the past month. It's gone well, but one of the things that I miss from Google is the Chrome extension that allows me to send a web page link from my email account. The newest extension also allows me to simply save the page to my email inbox. I would love to see this available for Zoho Mail.

I've tried to import utf-8 encoded csv data. The imported result is garbled. For instance "Jānis Actiņ�" gets imported as "J?nis Acti??" or "Jānis Actiņš" The same thing happens importing either from file or with copy-paste from clipbord. I tested with utf-8 and with window-157
Zoho CRM Campaign, Closed Activities not logging correctly.
I've set up a campaign within ZOHO CRM. When I close an activity (call, events, tasks), the activity will not log in the ZOHO CRM Campaign view if I add a Contact/Lead to it. It only logs in the Contact/Leads page. The only way I can get Closed Calls/Events/Tasks to show up in the Zoho CRM Campaign view is if I don't add a lead or contact to the activity. This is obviously not a great fix, because then I either have activities attached to leads/contacts or to the Zoho CRM campaign, not to both.

Hi, I have GMail autoforwarding to Zoho Mail but have been getting some undeliverable messages in GMail recently. Headers say Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain zoho.com by mx.zohomail.com. [72.5.230.114]. The error that the other server returned was: 554 5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes Would this be because there were large attachments or something else? Thanks

Hi, In our market, it is usual practice that we get paid by deferred cheques (Cheques to be collectable some point in the future), in this case we need to enter the journal with two dates, the journal date and the Cheques value date. Autoresponder not working
I have set up 3 autoresponders to work with (below). The first one is working and the other two are designed to send out further emails after 4 and 10 days respectively. To do this, I set up lead views for 4 days ago and ten days ago and used these to create the autoresponder.
