Dear Zoho, I have a question, we as a company have a list of 200 contacts. And now i have uploaded the whole list to Zoho Campaigns. And now i want to email 10 contacts every day ( so not the whole 200, because i can not just upload 10 contacts. i can only upload the full 200 of them.) So to be clear. upload 200 contacts from CRM to Zoho Campaigs ( this works) then i want to sent a campaign to 10 of those 200, on day 1, then 10 on day 2, and so on. Custom field is only part exported in custom report
Hi there, I have changed the pick list called category, to have about 20 different categories, where one of them is assigned as standard. Following that I have created a report where I want to export among other things the category. When I run the report it only shows some of the categories in the category column and not all. One of the categories not being shown is the standard set category. I need to have all the fields part of the report to be added when I run the report, if not what's the point

Hi there. New to zoho mail. Can't get the outgoing mail setup on android devices (or ipads it seems) This is multiple accounts set up in the same way. 2 factor Auth is NOT set up imap / pop are both enabled in the admin app passwords have been confirmed. set to smtp.zoho.com set to SSL port 465 Have also tried TLS on port 587 Android mail client happily sets up the smtp server after checking. Transfer Notes with conversion from Lead to Potential
Looks like Notes from Leads are not transferred to Potential record when converting from lead to account. Is there a way to either redirect so lead notes transfer to potentials.. or set up so a duplicate notes entries are made in potentials and accounts? Thanks!

SMTP Connection to Wordpresss failing
I am trying to connect response forms from my Wordpress website, using the Pirate Forms plugin, however the SMTP is not working. I have tried using Postman STMP, an assistance plugin for STMP, but it showed no service at the smtp.zoho.com:25, which may or may not be the problem. How do I create a subcampaign in the campaigns tab?
Hi there, I have a campaign I want to run but I have different stages to the campaign. How do I list the different stages as a sub campaign? From what I have seen so far, I can only monitor the campaign on zoho overall but not with different stages. Do the sub stages have to be created as tasks/activities so then I get a reminder on that stage? Could the activities/tasks tab be linked to the campaigns tab if I were to use that for the different stages? Is this even possible? Would be great

How do I send e-mail to a pre-defined list of addresses?
I feel like I'm missing something very obvious. I found the "Groups" feature, but can't figure out how it works. I can add addresses, but don't see any way to send them all an e-mail. How do I set up a mailing list? That is, if I have say 5 addresses I send to frequently, how do I set it up to do that? I tried looking at groups but it does not appear to be what I want.
