how to add entries via email - when using email forwarding on email server?
hi! just made form to add entries via email all works well task - add entries when i send email to "order@mailserver.com" on "order@mailserver.com" there is forwarding rule - all inbound emails send to creator form's email rule is turned on when i send directly to creator form's email - entry is in when i send "order@mailserver.com" - there is no entries how to add entries when using forwarding?

Cannot email data into zoho form using email id alias
Please this is an urgent issue. I need to have users who are NOT registered to Zoho email data into a form. I have set the email id alias of the form to an authorized email account and tried setting the forwarding address on my email client to the zoho email id. I keep getting the authorization error.

My situation is: + I created an account in zoho.com with email: amimaysaigon@yahoo.com + I onwed the domain ssisoftwares.com, which registered with GoDaddy.com + I tried to register for the email hosting plan with zoho.com + After I fill in the domain name, I got the error msg as attached. Hi, can I please suggest that the default filter option be "contains" I'm sure this is one of the most common operations on the contact record. The current default is an exact string match which is not efficient in my opinion.

Flow of a sale from a lead to a contact to an account?
Hi I am new to CRM, so I do this: Collect Leads - Call a lead Next is what? If contact agrees and pays me, then do I convert them to a contact? Once I make them to a contact, they become an account too? If if that lead needs a follow up or two but not sure if they would buy or not, do I still convert them to a contact? Also, once I convert someone to a contact, don't they become an account automatically anyway? Is there a guide to show me how to use this properly?? Thank you in advance
Rich Text Fields skewing Reports
Hi, I have used RTF's and I need to be able to have my user view the RTF when they want but the default behaviour of the RTF forces the rows ot the report to be almost unusable. Does anyone know of a way to create a hyperlink to the actual RTF or some other way of limiting the size of the RTF in report view? Thanks
Web Forms Editor not working properly
I wanted to change the form for candidate to register. The from editor does not allow me to delete fields that are on the form. The trash icon does not remove the field. Even though it adds an entry in the list on the right. I am using Google Chrome on Windows 10. ' Does anyone else have similar problems with forms? Thomas.

Email Merge fields not working
The email merge fields do not seem to be working for me. After I copy and paste the contact and user merge fields into a template and then select the template, the fields stay as the name of the field and do not "merge in" the actual field data. Inactivity policy and email clients
I've just signed up with a free zoho email account. 1. Will I have to manually login through the mail.zoho.com website to keep my account active even if I set up local mail client using imap/pop to download my zoho emails? 2. If I set up my main gmail account to connect with my zoho account and retrieve zoho emails periodically into my gmail account, do I still have to login occasionally into my zoho account to avoid account inactivity.

Maximum Auth Tokens
Our sales engineers are on the road almost constantly. As a result, they max out the number of Auth Tokens very quickly, like once per week. They know how to fix it, by going into their account page and deleting the tokens, but many complain that it is a hassle to keep doing this. Is there a way to increase the number of Auth Tokens? If not, are there any best practices to reduce the frequency of maxing out the Auth Tokens? Thank you! John Galich

Advanced search page does not appear in Chrome browser
Nothing happens when I click in the Search field and then click on "Advanced Search" in the dropdown. It works OK in IE, but in not in Chrome. (If I put the url from IE into Chrome address bar, the page does load.)
