Hi all! we have zoho professional I just realized that finaly there is a new IMAP option for email in Zoho CRM I have configured the IMAP settings... then suddenly the "email" tab dissapeard from the Tab Bar. I have looked everywhen but can't find it anymore. reading online it says that I have to activate the zoho mail add-on... this has disapeared too :( login into: mail.zoho.com doesn't help either as it still has the pop3 settings I tried sending and email to a client .. it gave "message sent
New account nightmare part 2
So 5 mods have read my last post and I cannot add to it for whatever reason so i am starting a new one. If you would just delete my account I could start over and not make the same mistake twice putting an email address in a location where it is impossible to edit. 5 hours in and what a waste of my time. I cant fix it, I cant change it and I cant delete it. How about replying to at least one of these so we can fix this. Oh and at this point I have no idea where a notification would go since its such
Feature Request ZOHO support intergration
Would like to have a way of opening a service ticket (linked to Support) when ever i start a session. It Needs to be logged into zoho support and to Zoho CRM in the account file the ticket should track the amount of time the tech spent on the call and any note's the tech put into a notes
Candidate Fields mapping to a word or pdf doc
We created a very nice web form/ employment application via Zoho, so we are able to capture all the data in Zoho when the form is filled out. What I need is to be able to create a document that I can map the fields over and create an application that I can present to my clients. I created an email template that worked well,but my ideal situation is to have a nice clean document that I can send to a client. Any help/ thoughts are greatly appreciated.

What are the limitations with the use of the API for Zoho Recruit? I've done a few api calls, but the limit doesn't appear to be changed. Do API calls to recruit not count towards the limit, are they only for opened documents? Cheers Tom

Set up Followup Cycles like Contactually
Hi all, Contactually CRM has a nice feature, you can associates a followup cycle to different buckets. You can set 3 day followup cycle for New Leads bucket and 30 day followup cycle for Existing Customers. As you put contacts into the buckets, it will automatically remind you to followup when the cycle is up. Is it possible to set up something like that? I'm looking at Automation and hoping to set up a recurring tasks when the "Bucket" field changes. However, Automation doesn't seem to allow recurring

Hi everyone, I have on problem. I want to be in the same group as my administrator. Now i can see only 1 database because my admin shared to me that db, but im not in the same group of my company. Is there any option to link my user zoho@trazos.net to the same group of jvromero@trazos.net?? If i check my subscription i see that im alone in a separate group and with a free version, and my admin has a paid version. Thanks for your help. Spam still being sent from my account
Hi, My outgoing was blocked a few days ago, presumably because some spam was being sent somehow from my account (I've been getting bounce-backs in my inbox). I thought i'd be able to clean it up by enabling two factor auth, which I've done, and requested my outgoing to be enabled again. It appeared it was re-enabled, I had email sending again, as well as more spam bounce backs. I've enabled email filtering on my router to hopefully identify the source of the spam, however I don't know which device

No Bounce-back on Mass Mail
Hi, can you please confirm if I'm still correct. Z support told me that on the new version of recruit they no longer support bounce-back emails when we send a 'mass' mail..... This is so frustrtaing if it is still the case...how can we send out emails to our client contacts and not be able to monitor bounce-backs? How to get email sent to client contacts from Outlook client show up in Zoho Recruit?
I configured the exchange server account as a pop account in Zoho Recruit. Now I can see e-mails received from client contacts in the contacts page or from candidates in the candidates page. What do I need to configure so that emails send with Outlook Client to clients or candidates show up on that page as well? As far as I can tell it only works if I BCC myself on every e-mail which is supper clunky and messes up my inbox. If I BCC the Zoho email account, they show up there, but they do not get
How to name a related list Parent-Child relationship.
Not sure how exactly to ask this question, but I created a parent-child relationship via a lookup field between two modules. When I view the Child records from the parent record, I would like to "Rename" the module or relationship so it's obvious to the user. It looks like Zoho uses a default name "{0}NAME" for the related list. Does anyone know how to do this, i.e. rename the default name. Thanks - p

Tab key functionality in Zoho CRM
About a week ago the tab key started opening my drop down menus when I'm trying to fill out a new Lead, Potential, Client, etc. I used to tab through the whole form to fill it out and now I get stuck as soon as I reach a drop down field and I have to use the mouse to move forward. Does anyone know how to change this functionality?

Filter doesn't do anything for mail arriving in Spam folder
Hello, I've had a lot of trouble making emails from our contact form go to the Inbox. They are always in Spam instead. So I've created a filter to move only those emails into the Inbox. But the filter doesn't do anything on new emails appearing in Spam. I believe it's set up correctly, and it does work if I manually run the filter on the Spam folder. How can I make the filter run on new emails as they arrive in Spam? Could you help please? Thanks.

Huge improvement on the SPAM filtering
Just wanted to give a shout out to the Zoho team for drastically improving the SPAM filtering, I used to receive almost 100 valid spam messages per day and I noticed about 1 week ago it's gone down to maybe 2 messages on average, this is a drastic improvement. Good job team, when I look at the headers for incoming mail it appears that you are now better following industry standards.
People getting failed messages!!!
Numerous people have told me that they are getting failed messages when they try to send to me.. I dont understand. I am losing a lot of money on these things. Why does it happen?
Related List
We have related lists in the left sidebar which are connected with our Zoho Creator links. Previously we were able to click the '+' button and the Zoho Creator application would open up as a pop-up in the same CRM window. However, today the links are not opening up as they did previously. Attached is our current set up and how we could previously add Zoho Creator records in the CRM. Will you be adding this functionality back into the CRM setup?
