all users to be notified
is it possible for all users to be notified of any changes, comments, accounts etc etc what i need is that any record that is amended or changed, any account is added or deleted for all users to be notified. and that it doesnt go by who owns the record. at present only people who owns the record can see that changes or notes added. i want all users to see any notes or changes done. is this possible

Auto update Current Date field
Hello, I don't know if this is a bug or supposed to work this way but assuming the latter i'm posting it as a feature request. We use Zoho CRM Mail Merge (which uses Zoho Writer) and we have a letter that has today's date in it (pretty normal use, right?). The date was inserted by going to the Insert menu>Todays Date. The problem is that when you use the template again the next day it hasn't updated to today's date. It still has the date from yesterday. Isn't it supposed to update it? Rather strange

We have 6 users on our domain for email. We use it for low frequency emails and its also used in a CRM (Insightly). But we don't do any bulk emails using it, any emails beyond 50 people at a time get exported to a newsletter program. So several users seem to be having email receiving and delivery problems. Our company works on multiple projects at a time and we'd like to be able to see a view of the Gantt chart with one bar/line for each project so we can plan out future projects based on the timeline of existing projects throughout the year. I know that within the milestone gantt, I'm able to see a column with the projects associated with each of the milestones, but I want to be able to see ONLY the projects (one project per line/bar). BCC Dropbox Not Working

I don't understand how to use my secondary email
I don't understand how to use my secondary email. I see that I can only send and receive mails from my primary email in Zoho Mail. I tried to log in with my secondary email but it's still my primary email. Then I tried with the Zoho Mail iPhone App, I log in with the secondary mail but it's still the primary. And finally I tried with the iPhone Mail App, tried IMAP and POP but it failed. What am I doing wrong?

Mail account blocked URGENT HELP NEEDED!
My main mail account got blocked because I sent an email to 16 recipients. This was NOT a newsletter, I was directly contacting some people who volunteered at an event we ran to thank them - I used BCC because that's good practice when emailing a group without compromising their identities to each other. We are running another event in less than 2 days, and I cannot send any mail! Events synced to Google CAlendar do not contain Contact information
I have my Zoho CRM set up to sync with my Google calendar. So when I create the new event it appears on Google calendar however it does not contain any information about the lead associated with the event. So when I create an event I have to title the event "Meeting with Joe blow at this company". Can I get the sync to include the contact information about the lead? It seems like an obvious requirement.
