Hi all, Looking for some help and guidance here. I have a standard Sales Process set up, Lead ---Account -- Potential ---Quote What I want to do is: When a quote status is set to Accepted I want the Potential Stage to be set to Closed Won. I then want to create a Sales Order which pulls in the line items from the Quote. Then to add another layer to this, when a Sales Order is marked as complete I want another Workflow to kick in and create a custom module called "Warranty Contract" which is populated

Big privacy issue diplaying user' email address
I wanted to see if you are aware that displaying the users' email address in Zoho Projects is a PRIVACY VIOLATION. In "All Users/People in this Project" module you display name AND email address. This is done WITHOUT user's approval. People are leaving the project because their email address is exposed and can be harvested for unsolicited email. Can you please look into this? You can be hit with a lawsuit for privacy violations. Can you eliminate the email address from "People in this Project"?
Average formula in pivot and Total average
Hi! I have 2 questions: 1) I want to add a widget with secondary value of AVG. Ex: Store 1: 50000 Store 2: 23000 Store 3: 10000 The average revenue here is 27000 So I want to show the next value 50000 (up 92%), because it is 92% better than the average 50/52 How do I do that? 2) I want to use Avg in my calculation in pivot table, like instead of show total sum, I want it to show total average of the column. And then I need to add a formula of calculating the % of each value from the average. See
Accessing Multiselect Field from another Form?
I have a user information record (setup by Form A) that has a multiselect field (Fielda) that is set by doing a lookup to another form (Form B) Now i need to access my user information from Form C to verify correct access. So, i can easily access the Form A information that is "native" to Form A - but how do i access the multi-select field in Form A that was set by the lookup field from Form B. Google Earth, GPS coordinates in Creator App
Hi all I have created a report that our managers must fill in when they respond to incidents (crime and investigations) I want to have a Google Earth map embedded, i.e if there is coordinates that they supply, for it to be pinned onto a map. Then at the end of the month I want to be able to see all the incidents that occurred in that area and if you click on each pin, it should bring up the record for that incident (the report) Is this a possibility with creator? Access Creator Table
I am trying to define a workflow in CRM that needs to lookup a table (to get the approving manager). I would like to use a simple lookup table in Creator which I would access from a deluge script in CRM. But I have having trouble accessing the Creator table from the API - it returns "permission denied." I have a subscription to CRM but not to creator. Will the free account work for what I want to do?

Push and pull data between Zoho and FileMaker
Hi There, I need to find out how I would go about setting up a push/pull environment between a Zoho Form and a FileMaker Pro database. I have had a look at the integration tool, but I see that it is only for Windows, so I can't test it as I am currently on a Mac and I don't have access to a Windows machine. I would like to use Zoho Forms for my users to enter in data, and then be able to query my FileMaker database to either create/update/delete records. Is this possible?

Hi, I have a table of Orders and each Order has multiple Task and a Order_Total currency field. each Task is assigned to one Staff. How can i create a chart like the following X-axis: different Staff Y-axis: the Order_Total of all Orders of the Staff on x-axis. My difficulty is, when I create a chart base on Task, i can't reference the Order's Order_Total field. If i create a chart based on Order, i can't set the x-axis to Staff.

Lock a project "page" for editing

Zoho Projects: Seconds are not saved in task time
Hello, I noticed that the seconds are not saved and counted as time spent on a task. In order to track time properly, this is an important feature which cannot be overlooked. Is this a bug in the system or a feature that was overlooked?

Weird identity issue
Zoho Creator's identity management has confused the hell out of me. My screenshot shows there are 4 different IDs associated with my account: lexshan1 lexshan8 lexshan@walkintour.com 51551681 I think lexshan1 and lexshan8 is related to data corruption. I might have two user accounts at one point. Such as one registered through Google Apps and another directly with ZC. Can someone explain to me how to consolidate these? Please Choose a Valid Email Field in Zoho Writer when started from CRM
Final step of Create contacts, select all, Choose Template of Zoho Writer for Mail Merge. Everything starts up right. All fields are there and work fine. Step 3 choose email and put in the Email field Contacts_email and the Email Subject. Then it errors and says Please Choose a valid email Field. What the Fark???? That is an email field. Even setup as an email field in the setup->contacts field type. Help??

Invoice a project in a different currency
Hi, I've integrated Books into Projects. When (from inside a project) I use the Invoices & Expenses option, I'm not able to select a different currency. It seems it's linked to the base currency I've in Books. I definitely cannot change my base currency in books, I need it as it is but also need the ability to change the invoicing currency when made from projects.
New user account pending invitation
Hi I am trying to set-up our domain for Zoho Mail and have added 6 email addresses without any problems, but the final one just will not be added. It keeps saying the user has already been invited: gareth@dauntlessboatyard.com If the user confirms the invitation it says its accepted but the user remains on the pending invitation list. I've tried deleting the invitation and then adding the user again but it keeps happening. Checking through the forum it may be this user has used this email address
Customize Report Issue
I am creating a Customize Report and wanted to have the last NOTE as part of the report so that I can analyze why certain accounts were deemed disqualified. The NOTE section doesnt show up in the Available Column section? Any input would be appreciated.

Stay In Touch Feature - Just Like Salesforce
I was wondering if Zoho CRM has the similar feature like in salesforce where I can send a Stay In Touch request and my contacts can update the information. Once the information is updated, I get the ability to accept whether to accept modification or not (or partial acceptance). Please advice what is the possibility of achieving same objective in Zoho CRM.

Question about sending the Contact Owner a notification when a case is opened
Noobie here. So I'm setting up a workflow automation notification action. What I'd like to happen is when a Case is opened and a custom field is checked an email is sent to the Contact Owner. When I set up my email template and then eventually select Contact Owner as a email recipient no email is generated. Can't access my POP3
Hello, I changed my password recently for my zoho and the new password works when I try to sign in on the web browser, but my Mail app / Windows live mail won't connect even though I have put in the new password on each of them. I set up two auth system and set up allow only my IP address as well, could one of those be conflicting with my POP3 keep saying invalid password? or does it take a while for it to update for POP3 when you change your password?
